I quickly woke up when my nose dipped beneath the water. I jolted up and wiped my eyes. I hadn't realized I had fallen asleep. I guess today exhausted me more than I thought.

I pulled the drain, and let out a sigh as I watched the water swivel out of the tub. I guess I should get back to bed.

I stepped out of the tub and wrapped a towel around my body. I noticed how the towel was a little tight around my waist. I turned and looked at myself in the mirror. My baby bump pressed out against my slim figure. I brought my hand up and lightly placed it against my side. I felt a small kick in response. My little world. I smiled at my reflection and walked back to my bedroom.

Nathan was asleep peacefully In bed as I walked in. I quietly shut the door behind me and tip toed to my dresser. I pulled out a pair of yoga pants and a large Tshirt. My clothes were getting too small, I really needed to invest in some maternity clothes.

I crawled into bed next to Nathan and pulled the comforter up to my chin. I almost immediately fell asleep.

-------

I rolled over to an empty bed. My eyes shot open and noticed Nathan was not there. I glanced at the clock. 10:13. I usually don't sleep this late. I pushed the blanket off me and hopped to my feet. I padded to the door and was just about to reach for the door knob when the door creaked open.

"Breakfast in bed only works if you're still in bed." Nathan pouted, holding a tray filled with a bowl of cereal, some scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, a banana, and orange juice.

"I'm sorry, I didn't know you were planning this." I said, my cheeks reddening.

Nathan walked past me and sat the tray on the nightstand and sat on the bed.

"Come here." He said, as he patted the spot next to him.

I walked over and timidly sat next to him. Why was I so shy all of a sudden?

"Eat." Nathan ordered, as he moved the tray to my lap.

"Can I Atleast get in the bed?" I joked. He nodded and took the tray from me, holding it while I shimmied into the bed. He set the tray back down and walked out of the room. I glanced over the breakfast and decided on some bacon. I still haven't been able to eat eggs anymore. After I finished the bacon I moved onto the cereal. Fruity pebbles! My favorite. I scoffed those down and stared at the banana. I was so hungry! The toast went down next and I was left staring at the eggs. I was still hungry but I didnt know If I wanted to attempt to eat eggs again after what happened last time. I shrugged and let my hunger consume me. I scarfed down the eggs, and instantly regretted it. My stomach immediately started to churn. I hopped up, knocking the tray onto the ground, spilling the orange juice, and booked it to the bathroom. I dropped to my knees and began heaving for all that I was worth.

"Anna, baby, are you okay?" Nathan asked from the doorway, worry lacing his voice.

I grunted in response and shooed him away with my hand.

I thought he left until I felt cold hands grasp my hair, and pull it out of my face.

"I'm not going anywhere." He murmured. "I'll always be right here."
