As week five flew by, the anxiety in the people who belonged to August Rain and Highspeed Highway rose. A tension began to grow between Kyle, Cam, Leah, and Brendon. All four of them really wanted to win, but they made sure that whoever won wouldn't boast.

Leah remembered listening to Highspeed Highway's recordings. They were good. They were amazing. Leah didn't think they stood a chance. Funny thing was, Brendon thought the same thing.

Mack sat silently on her car ride home. She had no idea who she would vote for at the show. She had friends in both bands, so she decided she had to let the music decide who she was gonna choose. She didn't have any reason to be stressed over the weekend, but she was. She was more stressed than she was last year the day before the theater show. Mack let out a heavy breath. Whoever she picked she picked, and whatever happened, happened.

TJ was overly confident on the car ride back to his house. He couldn't help but feel that on his last year he was going to have a good show with the other band. He was excited, not nervous.

On Kyle's ride home, he was way to nervous for words. He was already shaking and it was only friday.

Peter was practically having a melt down. He had both earbuds in trying to calm himself down.

Jeremy was nervously drumming on his thighs. This drumming wasn't quiet, it was pretty loud. It was obvious how nervous he was.

Andy was just as confidant, if not more so, than TJ. That was in Andy's nature, though. He was a cocky son of a bitch.

Eric was less excited and more happy that his last year was full of good music to play. He was glad he got such a good band. He only began to wonder how the first years would do next year.

Mr. C could barely sit still. He was just as nervous as the kids, but he believed in them, he knew how good they were.

Mr. Miles was restless. He was semi nervous but he knew he could trust the kids to do a good job. It was 3 to 4 Mr. C  and he wanted the win.

Everyone was on edge. Proctors and kids alike. This show was always one of the best and most enjoyable, and entertaining of the program. Everyone was excited and couldn't wait for monday. The weekends were just as stressful for them as it was for the instructors. They all had people they were rooting for, and they were praying that they won.
