I stepped off the plane and couldn’t even look around before someone crashed into me, wrapping me in a hug.

“I missed you so much.”

I laughed and hugged him back.

“It’s only been a week, Ni.”

“Longest week of my life.”

I pulled away from the hug and he wrapped his arm around my waist, guiding me through the airport.

“Well if it makes you feel any better, I missed you too blondie, a lot actually.”

He looked down at me and I looked up at him. He leaned down and kissed my nose, causing my cheeks to flame up.

“Our stylists picked out a dress for you. I didn’t look at it yet but no doubt it will look fantastic on you. We’ll go do all that fun stuff tomorrow. Tonight, is just me and you.”

“What if I don’t want to hang out with you tonight?”

“Then I’d put you back on that plane and ship you out of here.”

I kissed his cheek and handed my bag to him so he could put it in the back of the car.

“Our hotel is quite fancy but you’ll have to wait until later to see that. You get your own room by the way, lucky bitch.”

I stuck my tongue out at him while he opened my door for me. I thanked him and hopped in, putting my seat belt on. He got in the car and backed out of the parking spot, turning out of the airport.

“So what are we doing right now then?”

“Eating.”

I rolled my eyes and turned the radio on. Miley Cyrus’s voice filled the car and I smiled singing along quietly.

“You get to meet her on Sunday, crazy right?”

My eyes widened and if I was drinking something, no doubt would it be all over Niall’s rental car.

“No way!”

“Technically you get to meet anyone who is going to be there.”

I started naming off people and Niall just nodded.

“We’re sitting by Ed and Little Mix.”

“You are shitting me right now.”

He shook his head and laughed.

“You like them?”

“Fun fact about me, I’m obsessed with this radio station back home and I literally went to all of their little concerts. They were called switch parties and you could meet famous people for free but the only way to get in would be to call. I’ve met Conor Maynard, Ed Sheeran, Little Mix, Cody Simpson, Jonas Brothers and a few weeks ago I even met Jesse McCartney.”

“Well aren’t you cool. Now you can meet them and they will actually remember you.”

I rolled my eyes.

“I almost met you guys but I didn’t win. I was caller 24 and you had to be 25.”

“Well wouldn’t that have been something. We could’ve been dating by now.”

I blushed and looked over at him to find him already looking at me.

“Eyes on the road mister, I don’t know about you but I want to live long enough to actually go to the TCA’s.”

He looked back at the road and smirked.

“Oh so now you want to go.”

“If it involves meeting Ed Sheeran then hell yes.”

“So this is the dress we got you. You can go try it on.”

I thanked the lady and took it into the bathroom. I put it on and examined it in the mirror.

It fit nice and I had to admit, I felt pretty in it. It was simple, nothing to extravagant. It was actually perfect for me. I didn’t want to stand out but if I was noticed, I didn’t want to look like garbage.

I took one last look in the mirror and walked out to where the stylists were. The second they saw me their smiles grew.

“You look beautiful. We’ll do your hair and makeup tomorrow too.”

I laughed.

“You’re just happy you get to work with a girl instead of five boys, right?”

They laughed and nodded.

“I’ll go change and I’ll see you tomorrow before the show, yeah?”

“Do you want to show Niall first?”

“No, I want to surprise him.”

They smiled at me.

“You guys are adorable.”

I smiled in appreciation and went into the bathroom, changing back into my regular clothes. Tomorrow was going to be fun.
