My bottom lip trembled and tears filled my eyes as I looked up at Niall.

"Do I have to leave?"

He sighed and pulled me closer to him on his bed, kissing my forehead.

"Don't cry princess."

"But I don't want to go back home, I don't want to leave you."

"You have school, Tess. You know you can't stay. You've already missed a week."

I nodded and a tear slipped down my face. I sniffled and looked up at him. He frowned at me and leaned down kissing my cheek, getting rid of the tear.

"Do you know how hard it is for me to leave here, not knowing when I'm going to see you again?"

He nodded and looked down.

"I know princess. It's hard for me too but it's not like we'll be completed separated. You know I'm always just a face time away."

"The problem with face time is I can't actually be here with you. I can't kiss you. I can't cuddle up into your side. I can't burrow deeper into your chest when I get cold in the middle of the night. I don't have you there to wipe away my tears when things get tough. It's just me. I'm all alone."

"I know it's hard but we still have tonight."

I nodded and looked up at him, placing my hand on his cheek and pulling him in for a kiss. He immediately deepened the kiss, pushing me onto my back so he was hovering over me. One hand held him up while the other caressed my face. My hands tangled in his hair at the back of his neck. He pulled away and kissed my nose.

"Let's get to sleep, yeah?"

I shook my head and pouted.

"The sooner we go to bed, the sooner I have to leave."

He smiled at me and stood up, scooping me up and throwing me over his shoulder. I squealed and pounded on his back.

"Niall, Put me down! Oh my god, you're going to drop me."

I felt a breeze on my lower back and froze.

"NIALL IM NOT WEARING PANTS AND YOUR SHIRT IS RIDING UP! PUT ME DOWN MY BUTT IS HANGING OUT!"

He laughed and placed me down on the kitchen counter before rummaging through the cabinets.

"What are you making pop star?"

He rolled his eyes at my nickname for him.

"What's with that nickname?!"

"You call me princess, I call you pop star."

"Princess and pop star are completely different things!"

I shrugged.

"They both start with P's."

He couldn't help but let his famous Niall Horan laugh echo through the air. When he got his laughter under control I asked him again.

"No but really Niall, what are you making?"

"Well, we're making cupcakes."

A grin broke out on my face and I hopped off the counter walking over to him.

"Turns out I make the best cupcakes in Detroit."

He laughed at me and spun around, disbelief all over his face.

"You do not!"

I stuck my tongue out at him and helped grab all the stuff we would need. After being here for a week I guess you could say I knew Niall's flat better than my own house.
