Claire's POV
Christoff Adams. He's the bad boy at school back in Texas. Many girls fell for his charm, and I'm one of them. He's handsome, charming, and....a player. He's often the talk of the school. Reported with new girlfriends, a two-timer; three; four, played with girls like their toys.
I fell for his charm so bad...to the point that I'm about to give him a love letter on Valentines' Day, cliche.
I sighed. "Christoff Adams. He's my classmate in almost all subjects back in Texas. He's the bad boy of the school. He's got the looks, girls, money, fame, and whatever else. He was the one who kissed me."
Liam looks so angry. I swear, I think smoke would be coming out of his ears any time. His....his....his.... Wait, he looks...jealous. I think?
"D-Did you ever like him?" he asked.
I fell silent and my grip around his neck tightened. "Liam..." I trailed off.
He look so sad, it saddens me too. "Liam," I tried to get his attention.
I felt his chest against mine and his lips on my forehead. His arms around my waist tightened and he looked into my eyes. "Liam," I called out.
"Liam, okay. Fine, I fell for his charm....before. Not anymore. I only had a crush on him. Nothing else," I informed him.
"Still," he muttered, "he kissed you."
"Roughly," I added, "I didn't like it. Not at all."
I said, "Many girls thinks that his kisses were full of love and passion. But no, it's full of lust, it sucks."
"...." is all what I got. No response. He looked down with jealousy and our eye contact broke.
I swallowed and cupped his face with both of my hands. "Liam, I love you."
He looked up and his eyes sparkled with happiness and love. "You do?"
I giggled. "I just told you, okay?"
"Oh yeah!"
"Love you, Lee."
"Love you t-... Wait, did you just call me 'Lee'?!"
"Yes. Yes, I did."
He groaned. "I don't....like it."
I made a puppy dog face. "Oh c'mon! It sounds so cute!"
He rolled his eyes. "Our schoolmates might laugh at me."
I preteded to look hurt. "Are you ashamed of me?!"
He tensed up. "Love, No! That's not what I meant."
My heart immediately melted like a melted butter when he called me 'love'. Ahh.... Wait, can I swoon? Definitely.
I laughed. "I know."
"It's just....I hate it when people give me nicknames."
"So you hate me now?"
"Nope, baby. I love you, really."
I smiled. "Good."
"I know."
He looked into my eyes lovingly with a grin and leaned in, our lips inches from each other.
Oh God....
Is he going to kis- I felt his lips on me and fireworks ignited from it. Well, it's actually tingles, ya'know.
I started having butterflies and I felt it inside my stomach doing sommersaults and tumblings that made me feel giddy inside.
