That night, Heejung grew sleepless. She tossed and sat up. Then lie down again. She had already done everything to put herself to sleep, but it just doesn't work.
This day was so overwhelming.
From the party. To the hospital.
When she got home, she immediately showered and rubbed every part of her body clean. As if it would erase Youngshik's hands that imprinted the impurity on her skin.
Sehun had gone to his room and surprisingly enough, he didn't come out since. Heejung was amused as it seemed like he could handle sleeping on his own tonight.
Or can he?
Kicking off the comforter that's covering her body, Heejung left the comfort of her bed and head towards the door, walking to the balcony after she had grabbed her robe.
She pushed the cloth close to warm her up from the wind blowing her face. It was kind of windy. But not that harsh. Just a soft wind fanning her statue.
The sky didn't have much stars that night. Looks like it's going to rain. The half moon stood out from the dark skies that painted above. An outstanding landscape despite its darkness.
Heejung gazed up, mind calming down as she treated the moon like an expected guest.
What are you doing up there?
She suddenly remembered that Greek myth about the moon, searching from the back of her mind what was its name again, but nevertheless, threw the idea off.
There was a shuffle of approaching feet. Heejung stayed on her spot as she already knew who it belonged.
"I'm surprise you're still up," a baritone voice resounded beside her.
Sehun leaned on the top rail, clasping his fingers together as he gazed up.
"Same goes to you," Heejung said, raising a brow.
"What runs in your mind?" He asked.
"None, actually,"
"Really?" He doubted. "There's a lot in mine though,"
"Is that why you're here too?"
He hummed in response. For a few seconds, they stayed quiet. No one dared to break the deafening silence. It was a bit surprising that it is not that type of silence they usually have. It was sort of comfortable. With no pressure. Or anyone getting their blood pressure high.
"Why do you think Woojin did that?"
Her brows furrowed as she thought it through.
"I don't know,"
"He was your sister's boyfriend, right?"
"Yeah."
"Did he love her?"
