Sans shot up from the couch with his eye flaring blue as he saw me and Nightmare with Papyrus. I smiled shyly and waved to Sans while Nightmare had her teeth bared and ears down. I pat her head twice, symbolizing that it was okay. She nodded and dropped out of her attacking position. She looked at me hopeful and I nodded as she ran up to Sans, trying licking him as though he were family. Sans took it as a bad sign when she started to rushed over he grabbed her soul and threw her into the wall. She yelped in pain and I rushed over, checking her for injuries. Papyrus was in his room so he didn't see anything going on.

"Why are you here?" He asked, venom laced in his words as he directed it toward me.

I looked at Nightmare and she got up, looking at me and nodding, telling me to speak to him. I sighed and looked at Sans, pain filled my vision as I remembered our battle from last reset.

"I'm here because I don't have anywhere else to go, goat mom's dead so I can't stay with her. And Papyrus found us in the storm outside." I explained to him, shedding a tear as I told him Toriel died.

"Well you're the one who killed her and attacked Frisk." He sneered. I scoffed.

"You mean Chara? The one who killed Papyrus, and the one who I watched crush his soul along with the other monsters' souls?" I raised an eyebrow while he looked at me confused. I scoffed once more and opened the door, allowing Nightmare to go ahead of me. "Don't get ahead of yourself Sans, that kid isn't who you think it is." I ran outside and hopped onto Nightmare.

She carried us to Waterfalls and we spent the night in a cave under a waterfall, it was nice and cozy.

-Time Skip-

We woke up to the sound of the rushing water and clanging of metal. I looked outside the water and notice Ms. CalmYourLeftTit was walking past. My eyelids drooped with exhaustion and being at the point to passing out. I'm fought the sleep that pulled at my arms and my eyelids became heavier and it flopped down next to Nightmare. I'm sighed in content as if snuggled into her soft and comfy pelt. She made a groan/growl noise as she started to get up.

I'm tried to fall asleep while she trenches but a blinding light caused my eyelids to fly open. Nightmare grabbed my arm with her hands and started to drag me out of the waterfall. We neared the entrance and I was instantly doused in water from the waterfall above me.

"Wake up lazy bones, we gotta go kill Chara. The monster's are gonna die if we don't." I'm groaned and started to wake up more.

"Let's get this over with. I don't wanna be near her more than I have to." Nightmare nodded and we began our search.

We walked through waterfall until we made it to hotland, Sans was laying there, appearing to be sleeping. I could tell he was awake and only walked past him, not paying any mind. Sans lifted his head, bothered by my ignorance. I only looked back once before walking forward, making it to Alphys' lab. I knocked on the door for Alphys and waited for a minute or two. She opened the door excitedly but seemed to droop as she saw me and Nightmare looking down at her. She looked at Nightmare and got excited again when she noticed the ears and tail, making Nightmare uncomfortable.

"Hi, I'm looking for Alphys." Nightmare stated.
