The rest of the month went by smoothly. No one tried our nerves or anything. We drank a lot, had sex, I started my period and ended it a few days ago, had a blast. It was the most fun I've had in a long time. Sadly, it is over and jet lag has begun. We just got back into the house that was spotless, thanks to our amazing goons.

I became less tired when I heard my amazing puppy run towards me. "Loki!" Joker laugh and walked past us, going out to do his own thing. I stayed with our puppy and laid on the ground. "I don't think me and daddy are going to fight as much. We just had an amazing trip in Iceland." I started to fall asleep when I heard a loud bang and a scream. I grabbed a gun from under a table and pointed at Loki for him to stay put. Slowly, I walked toward to sound I heard and found a man who pointed a gun towards Joker.

Joker held to his stomach where he had been shot and I put the gun to the mans head. I heard his breath hitch and saw as he got tensed up. Joker laughed a little as the man threw his gun to the side and held his hands up. I pulled them both down and threw him towards the wall and hitting his knees, making him go down. His head was in my hands as I started to twist, right before he said something. "The town is in ruins. You've left it to die alone." Once he was done, I twisted fully. He fell to the ground and I yelled for the henchmen to come in.

"We need a doctor. Call Ivy or something. I don't know. Call someone!" They nodded and Ralph helped me get Joker to the desk, laying him down flat. I opened his shirt and ripped a piece off to cover the wound. Joker yelled a bit and I slapped him in the face.

"Ah! I'm sorry. I didn't know what else to do!" He laughed a weak laugh and nodded, blood was showing out of his mouth. "Get our strongest vodka and stitches, please. And tell the boys I don't need a doctor." Ralph nodded and ran out.

Jokers eyes were closing and opening a lot. "You've been shot so much and more than this. Why are you acting so dead right now?" I knew I wouldn't get an answer but I was freaking out. I heard footsteps toward the door and grabbed my gun, pointing it towards the sound. Ralph stood with vodka and a first aid. "Oh thank god. Gimme it." He did as told and walked out of the room.

I poured the vodka on Jokers wound and he shot up. When he did, the bleeding got worse. "Fuck... We need to stop the bleeding." I got out my lighter and Joker looked at me with a furious look on his face. "Oh shut it. I'm pretty sure you can get burned so you don't die." He nodded and held onto the desk. The smell of burning flesh isn't the best out there. I almost had to stop just because the smell. It didn't last too long and once the bleeding stopped, Joker laid back down. I cleaned his mouth a little and then sterilized the needle to begin doing the stitches.

It was quiet. Joker was used to stitches so this was no problem. "Hey, you're all fixed. You bled a lot though so stay here and let me get you some water." I didn't let him respond before I went out of the room for some water. My hands were covered in blood and ,let of my clothes were as well. The henchmen all stood up when I walked past the, and to the kitchen area and I told them they could sit.

"He is going to be fine but that room is a disaster area. I'll need you to clean it. One of you go get Joker in a room and make sure to clean up the wound every hour. If it starts bleeding a bunch, call me. In the meantime, I have some business to do." I let the boys give Joker the water and I went into my room, getting my suit on and filling it up with my weapons.

My motorcycle was in the same spot and listening to it roar as I sped off was a beautiful sound that I missed.

I walked into a bar and it was empty, the usual. The bartender flinched and backed up when he saw me. "Open the gate now." He pulled a lever and a hidden door opened and I walked in. Inside of that door held a whole bunch of trained criminals and when I walked in, some looked, most stayed doing whatever.
