Cassandra (part 2)

WELL, I'M GONNA MAKE PART TWO BECAUSE SOME PEOPLE WANTED IT. AND CAN WE JUST APPRECIATE HOW PERCY CAME INTO THE STORY AGAIN DURING TRIALS OF APOLLO? 😂❤️ AND IF YOU DIDNT READ THAT AND AT LEAST SMILE, YOU HAVE NO PJ SOUL.

We were on our way to camp and they explained all of the camp regulations to me. I also got to know them more. Jason and Piper were indeed dating and Leo had a girlfriend at camp. "Forever alone," I thought. (Relatable, anyone?) They were visiting camp when Sadie's iris message came in and they agreed to come pick me up. From what I heard, Leo also has a girlfriend who was still at camp, and was the famous Calypso. Once we got to camp, we raced to the cabins and once I got to the top, I stopped and stared in awe. It was beautiful, with plenty of trees and cabins that made it seem so much better. The air was also free of the city smog scent. Jason, Piper and Leo laughed and told me to follow them to the big house. Curious, I followed them.

Although it was surprising, I wasn't too shocked by the centaur that stood outside of the supposed "big house." The centaur greeted them and smiled at me.

"You must be Cassandra. It's a pleasure meeting you. I'm Chiron, trainer of heroes from the ancient myths."

I stared once again in awe. "Hi, it's nice to meet you too."

"And, guys, Percy's here visiting. He was here for the fight with Colossus."

"REALLY?!?! COME ON CASSANDRA, YOU'RE GOING TO MEET PERCY." They all yelled and dragged me with them.

He was in the swords arena, according to a random camper. We ran there and I saw a guy, wearing a camp t-shirt and jeans, with his back to us.

"AYYYY BRO!" Jason yelled.

Percy turned and his face lit up. "BRO! WHAT'S UP?" He yelled and they ran towards each other and hugged. Piper rolled her eyes.

"Jason hugs him more than he hugs me." She laughed.

"But you gotta admit, they're bromance is adorable." Leo grinned, then ran to join them.

"Come on, you're about to meet the greatest hero ever." Piper told me.

I had to admit that Percy was cute, and that Jason and he had the cutest bromance ever. I stood there awkwardly as they had their reunion.

"Hey, I'm Percy Jackson, son of Poseidon."

"Hi, I'm Cassandra. Nice to meet you." I replied.

"Hey, where's Annabeth?" Piper asked him.

"Boston. Something about family there." He replied, a little down now.

"Aw, don't worry Perce. I'm sure you'll see her soon."

"Ya man, Annabeth can't go too long without seeing you either. Remember when Hera took you?"

"I know, but I said never again. Never again. ANYWAYS..."

"Ya lets go get you to the dining hall," Piper told me, " it's time to eat!"

We walked towards the dining hall and they left me in the Hermes cabin's care and we sat down. I noticed that everyone else had food already and I looked down at my empty plate.

"You say what you want."

"Huh?" I turned to see Conner.

"You just say what you want to eat and same goes with the cup. But after you get your food, we have to sacrifice a portion of our meals to the gods."

"Oh ok thanks!" I told him.

I chose getting a hamburger and fries with mashed potatoes, (I don't even know don't ask) and for a drink, I got Dr. Pepper. Soon our table got up and went to form a line at a brazier. They each dumped a portion on food into the fire and mumbled a prayer. I expected burnt food to smell nasty because I've eaten toasted watermelon before, but it smelt perfectly fine. I poured my food in and mumbled a thanks to whoever was my godly parent. Then, we sat down to eat.

After lunch, Chiron led me to the big house again and told me that I had to watch an introduction video. It explained the rules of camp and why they were important and also included many heroes, including the seven. It focused on Percy for a while and then percabeth. I was shocked by what he had done, especially after he looked so crestfallen and weak when Annabeth was mentioned. Now I know why. Percabeth was goals and I knew why they had an entire segment on it.

<Time skip to the camp fire>

We sat down and the Apollo cabin started leading us in songs. Everyone has always told me I have a good voice, but I've a,ways sung quietly. Then, everyone became quiet and I almost was left singing alone. I looked around but they seemed to be looking at me. I looked up, and I saw a burning bow and arrow just fade away.

"All hail, Cassandra, daughter of Apollo, god of music and archery." Chiron boomed, and everyone, including himself, bowed.

Ok I'm gonna make a part three just because I want to get a part out there. Part three is just her meeting her cabin mates and ya. Thanks for reading!!!!!
