THANKS TO @Phoenixgirl1424 FOR THIS REQUEST!!!

Walking around camp, I realized how many couples there actually were. The pairs littered the benches, having fluffy moments, kissing, cuddling, flirting.

A few months ago, I would've scowled in disgust and looked down, trying to avoid looking at the contact. But, now I couldn't help but find myself craving the same contact I despised just recently. There was only one reason for this change, and I hate myself for it.

I couldn't help but notice the smallest details about him as we snuck together in the dark. How his hair wasn't just the regular brown she used to think. It had a few strands of blond that glittered in the scarce light of the night. How his lips could curve upwards whenever he saw her, probably planning a new prank that they could work on later that day.

But she knew he saw her nothing more than a friend, which made her become extremely frustrated. She would dress up and try to get his attention when they were setting up, but he would just look at her weirdly and tell her that wearing stuff like that is stupid since it's gonna get dirty anyways. Broke her heart sometimes, but she's gotten used to it. Boys are so oblivious.

My first thought was to talk to Katie, but her situation was too different than mine. So, I decided to talk to Will, the closest thing I could get to a reliable boy.

I found him sitting on one of the benches, blending in with all the loving couples.
He was with Nico of course. Will saw me walking up, and waved to me before saying, "I don't have any money."

"I don't need money." I sighed.

He looked around, fear prominent in his eyes. "Where's Connor..."

"That's actually kinda what I wanted to talk to you about. So would you just follow me, I don't want random people to hear."

Will followed, after seeing my serious expression, with Nico trailing behind him. Welp, one more person doesn't hurt. Once we arrived at the cabin, I led them to the couch that we had and checked around the area to make sure there weren't any loiterers.

"What's this even about? Why are you being so secretive. WAIT *gasp* YOU LIKE SOMEONE!" Will realized.

"You know it would be great if the whole camp, including the ones dead in the underworld, didn't know." I grumbled.

"YOU DIDNT DENIE IT. NICO! SHE HAS FEELINGS!" Will said annoyingly in the same volume.

"SHUSH!" I tried, but they kept chattering among themselves.

I groaned and slapped them both on the head.

"Maybe I should just leave and never tell you guys who."

They scrambled to sit up straight saying, "Nope nope nope tell ussssss..."

"Well, I came here for advice since Will gave you-" I gestured to Nico, "feelings, and I was hoping he could help me out."

"Yeah, of course little sis. Who's the lucky man?" Will asked eagerly.

"Well, um..." I mumbled "Connor."

"What?"

"I know it's weird." I stared at the floor.
