Never done this let's go
Third person
Lou Ellen has never really been the touchy feely type, courtesy of growing up in an... interesting household. Cecil respects that.
He grew up with almost the same environment, but the effect of it was the complete opposite. He's extremely clingy and loves shows of affection.
The main reason Lou Ellen had fallen for Cecil was because of their similar situations and the understanding factor of him. But she never wanted to hold hands, hug, or really any other physical contact as she mainly thought of it as overrated and unnecessary.
Cecil lived for that. He wanted to know that they were still okay, that she still loved and appreciated him, but it was impossible to tell as she always avoided his touch. But he loves her too much to let her go because of a small contact quirk.
So instead, satisfies himself by always planning extravagant and creative dates that allow Lou Ellen to be both comfortable and happy in his spare time. Despite always teasing him for being a huge dork, Lou Ellen really appreciated this side of her boyfriend. After finding out that little part of her, most left her, and these small thoughtful dates always reminded her that Cecil was always thinking of her happiness. But Lou Ellen felt horrible. She knew that he widely enjoys the physical part of relationships, but can never give as much as she receives. She despised herself for that.
So, she made a plan.

Glittering lights adorned the dining pavilion's tables, but there was only one couple there.
After meeting Cecil at her cabin, Lou Ellen had slipped her hand into his, testing out the foreign feeling. Cecil, obviously was flabbergasted and flustered, his palms grew sweaty as his face flushed. Lou Ellen just smiled and gave his hand a squeeze as she led him to the pavilion.
They enjoyed a small meal of pasta and bread as they conversed and laughed. Cecil still didn't know how to test the new limits of physical contact so Lou Ellen grabbed his hand under the table and smiled at him.
"Don't be scared, this night is for you."
Cecil's face flushed again and he looked towards the floor but tightened his grip on Lou Ellen's hand.
They sat there for a while just smiling and enjoying each other's presence until Lou Ellen saw Will walk by and discretely give her a thumbs up, signaling all the preparations were done.
She stood up and pulled him along with her. "Come on, let's go watch a movie in my cabin."
They walked hand in hand and continued talking about new shows and camp drama. Lou Ellen was feeling really anxious though. She was enjoying the physical contact, but wasn't sure whether or not Cecil was. But then she turned and saw the absolute ecstasy shown on Cecil's face when he looked down at their intertwined hands. And for once, she felt like she belonged somewhere.
Needless to say, they watched Hercules. It was the go to movie for everyone because they could make fun of the errors in it.
Lou Ellen and Cecil were sitting close on the couch, holding hands, but no other contact. About halfway into the movie, Cecil removed his hand and Lou Ellen freaked out.
Does he not like it? Did I do something wrong? I knew this would happen, why did I think this was a good idea.
But Cecil just looked at her and wrapped his arms around her hesitantly and pulled her into his lap. Lou Ellen relaxed into her boyfriends arms and made herself comfortable. They watched the other half of the movie in that position, but Cecil wasn't really paying attention to the movie, he was half freaking out that Lou Ellen was allowing him to cuddle her and half playing with her hair.
"Didn't Hercules kill his wife?" Lou Ellen asked Cecil.
"Yeah, ha, well you can't expect too much from this movie." Cecil replied.
Lou Ellen shrugged. "True."
She turned to look at him and Cecil blushed. Despite the bad lighting, he could see her face perfectly. Her black hair framed her fair skin perfectly and her green eyes shown with affection. Gosh, he could drown in those eyes.
Lou studied her boyfriend's face. He had the elfish tinge to his features, as most Hermes' children do, but also had the messy sandy hair and blue eyes. His hair looked so soft, she wanted to run her hands through it, and his eyes matched a cloudless blue sky.
"Ca-can I kiss you?" He asked her nervously.
Instead of answering, Lou Ellen placed her lips on his and they both melted. There were no sparks, but the sense of security and love filled both of them.
She eventually brought her arms to wrap around his neck, and into his hair.
Cecil had his hands on her waist, pulled her as close to him as possible.
Lou Ellen pulled away first, breathing hard.
"That, was amazing." She got out.
Cecil nodded in agreement and kissed her again, this time short and quick. Then he turned over so Lou Ellen slowly slid off him and wrapped his arms around her, placing a kiss on her forehead. Lou Ellen buried her face into his chest, enjoying his calming and refreshing scent.
They continued talking, making small talk but eventually fell asleep, their legs intertwined.

Cecil woke up to quiet giggling.
His eyesight was bleary as he groaned and blinked his eyes open. First thing he noticed. It was really bright... unusually bright.
Then he noticed that there was a sky above him and he jerked awake.
"What? Who? When? Where?" He blurted.
More laughing. He looked around and saw his cabin mates and the Hecate cabin, gathered around them, with other camper slowing being drawn in. At his sentence, Lou Ellen groaned and turned, also waking up.
"What the heck, turn off the lights someone. It's so bright." She mumbled, covering her face.
"Hey Lou," Cecil nudged her, "we're not inside."
That got her awake. Cecil should've suspected something would happen if he'd slept over at Lou Ellen's cabin, but he wasn't very focused on that.
"WHAT THE HECK GUYS!" Lou screamed.
Everyone around them laughed and we both joined in.
"How was your little date?" Will asked, winking at Cecil.
"Ugh, you guys all suck." He replied, sticking his tongue out. Lou Ellen laughed at her boyfriend's reaction and slipped her hand into his, kissing him on the cheek.
"Oh, ok," Will scoffed sarcastically, "I see how it is. You let him touch you, but when I tapped you on the shoulder yesterday you freaking judo flipped me. Yah now I see. Pft no favorites my butt."
Nico, who was beside him, smiled and whispered, "it's ok, you're my favorite," loudly, but meaning for it only to stay between them. Everyone burst out laughing and awwing while Nico's face flushed and he buried it into Will's chest. Will just laughed and ran a hand through his hair telling him that he was his favorite too.
Lou looked over at Cecil's amused face and kissed him. She meant for it to be quick, but they both got lost in it and forgot their surroundings til Conner Stoll let out a wolf whistle.
"Dang, makin out right in front of everyone Lou."
Lou just huffed jokingly and kissed her boyfriend again.
She still hated physical contact, she just didn't mind when it was Cecil because his presence made her feel safer than she's ever been.
Cheesy, I know. I didn't know how to end it. Thanks for reading guys! Love you all <3 Hope you all have a wonderful day and see you
