As me and Christofer walked to class, I couldn't help but just stare at him. Don't get the wrong idea, but I just felt that I should get to know him better. And what better way to get to know someone by just staring at them? Okay scratch that part. That sounded a little creepy. I looked at his perfect lip piercing, that I wish I had, and his face. My mom and dad would go crazy if they knew I had one. Damn him for having cool parents. He was wearing black skinnies that were ripped at the knee, and they were really tight. How could he breathe? He wore a shirt that said "Free The People", and a pair of Vans. There were a few tattoos on his hands that I got to sneak a peek at, and plugs in his ears. This kid is awesome and I barely even know him.

"So, judging by your schedule, you're in a few of my classes, including first. Where are you from?"

He looked up at me and smiled nervously as I waited for his reply. Yeah, it is really gonna take a lot of talking to get this boy to talk to me. But talking is my game so it shouldn't be that hard.

"I'm from here, I just transferred schools and moved somewhere near here. Is it bad that I still don't remember where my house is?"

"It depends. How long have you lived in it?"

"Four days." I laughed and he joined in, smiling. Well, I guess that that is a good start to conversation. I seen the familiar doors of our English class and I turned to him.

"Well, since we're almost to our next class, how about during lunch we can sit with each other and some of my friends?"

"Yeah. I'd like that."

When we both arrived in the classroom, Mr. Smith introduced Christofer to the whole class. He was still shy, so I guess I still didn't fully break the ice yet. Christofer sat behind me, and Vinny was sitting at his normal desk in the class, which was right next to me. I turned towards Vinny and smiled, but he quickly looked away. What did I do to him now? This is gonna be one long day. I could just see it now.

All of my classes seemed to go by fast and before I knew it, it was lunchtime. Now I could stuff my face peacefully. Vinny still hadn't said a word to me since this morning, so I figured that after I grabbed my lunch and sat with Christofer, I would go and see what was up. This isn't the very first time that Vinny has actually avoided me over something stupid. Trust me, there was PLENTY of times. And right now, it is really getting me pissed off. Normally girls act like that, not guys. Surprisingly, I'm not really the bitchy type of girlfriend. I lay off when I need to, and jump in when I have to.

I told Christofer to sit with me at lunch today because I figured that since he didn't make a lot of friends yet I wouldn't just leave him hanging in the blue. As I closed my locker, I was now on my way to Lunch. That's when I spotted Vinny walking down the hall also. I ran up to him as he turned around to look at me and turned his head back around and continued his walk. Man, this boy is good at ignoring people!

"What is freaking wrong with you Vin?" I was angry. And you could definitely tell by the tone of my voice. He turned around and by the look on his face, I suddenly wished that I hadn't yelled at him like that. He turned around and gave me a very stern look. Looks like I just pushed the wrong button inside of him.

"Well, my problem is that you just ditched me this morning like it was nothing. That's the problem!" Okay. So he's playing the yelling game. I see how it is now. I was thankful that everyone went to lunch because if they didn't, there would be huge crowd in front of us right now. I jumped at the sound of his stern voice and his face softened and looked a little apologetic.

"I'm sorry Nick, I didn't mean to yell at you like that, it's just that I wanted to spend my time with you this morning, that's all." After a few seconds of me saying nothing, he pulled me into him and he gave me a hug. At first I didn't want to hug back, but that little voice inside my head was just telling me to go for it. Vinny's love is contagious. I always needed it, even when we were fighting and at each other's necks.

When I pulled away, Vinny pulled me back into him and began to kiss me roughly. Of course I would gladly kiss him back, but we were on school grounds and I was NOT trying to get a detention today. I tried pulling him off me, but he was just to to strong. I finally got the strength and put my hands against his chest and pushed him off of me.

He smirked at how strong I was and then he walked into the cafeteria. I swear, he is such an ass sometimes, but I don't know why I even put up with it.

I almost jumped out of my skin when I felt a cold, soft hand touch mine. When I looked up, I finally realized that is was Christofer's. Oh yeah, I totally forgot all about him. I guess all this madness kind of has me running in full circles.

"Are you okay, I saw what just happened." I gave him a nervous smile and shrugged my shoulders.

"I guess so. Happens all the time."

"Is that your boyfriend or something, cause if he is, then he is a douche, no offense." I couldn't help but laugh at that. at him and giggle loudly.

"None taken." I wasn't going to get all defensive because in a way, Christofer is right.

"Love works in mysterious ways Christofer, But, how is your first day going?" We walked slowly down the hall, on our way to lunch.

"Um, it's good. You know, besides the fact that girls are throwing themselves at me when they don't even know my name, and teachers spelling my name wrong." I laughed at that last one.

"What? How can you spell Christofer wrong?"

"Because it's spelled with a F."

"Wait, you mean where the PH is?"

"Yeah."

"Oh.."

"Let me guess, you thought it was that way too?"

"Yup." We both started laughing and I opened up the door to the cafeteria.

"Sorry, I kind of thought it was that way too."

"Ha, it's alright."

"Alright, here it is. Our high school's lunchroom. Which by the way is boring as hell." He laughed and I waved at some of the students when they greeted me.

"Damn. Everyone knows you. You're like popular or something." I laughed, walking up to a table.

"Yeah, if that's what you want to call it. It's senior year. It's time to come out of my shell before I move out of the nest."
