Finally Awake

Luhan's POV

Two months. It's been two long agonizing months and she still hasn't waken up yet. I've been spending everyday and night with her. The only time I'm not with her is when I have to go to school. Here I am, sitting at her bed side. All bruises has healed, her cuts are barely visible and there's no scars. Her arm is healed as well.

“Hey,” I turned to see Daehyun coming in with new batch of flowers. “Still nothing.”

I shook my head in response.

“Luhan, you need to rest. You've been here for two months now. You haven't slept in a proper bed, you've just been in this chair the whole time.”

“I don't need rest or a bed. I just need to be by her side,” I stated without taking my eyes off of Jihyun.

“Lu-”

“She moved!” I yelped as I felt her fingers squeezing my hand back. I quickly stood up and caressed her face. “Jihyun, baby. Can you hear me?”

She groaned and her eyes opened.

“Jihyun how are you feeling?” Daehyun asked taking hold of her other hand.

“I think I hit my head,” she muttered. I couldn't help but chuckle at her bluntness that I've missed so much. She turned to look at me.

“Hey baby,” I whispered. “I missed you so much.”

I watched as her eyebrows scrunched up together, “Who are you?” her hand slipped from mine as she stared at me. Her eyes showed fear and she scooted closer to Daehyun.

“You don't recognize me Jihyun?” I looked at her desperately. “It's me Luhan, your boyfriend.”

“Boyfriend? Excuse me stranger, but the last time I checked Daehyun oppa was my boyfriend,” she said.

“Ji, you really don't remember him?” Daehyun glanced at me worriedly. I saw him reach over and push the red button beside the bed.

“Am I suppose to?” she questioned. Just then the doctor came walking in.

“Ah, Miss Lee. You're finally awake. It's wonderful to have you back. How are you feeling?”

“Confused. They both say I'm suppose to know him,” she pointed at me. “But I've never met him before in my life.”

The doctor was taking some notes, “What is the last thing you remember?”

“I was at the lake with...you,” she looked at Daehyun. “And Yongguk, Youngjae, Zelo, Jongup and Himchan.”

I looked up at Daehyun, giving him a look that said 'when-was-that?'

“That was two years ago,” he looked straight at me.

The doctor then spoke up, sending both of us out of the room so he can do some tests.
