The final school bell of the year was music to my ears. Kaylee, Keaton and I went running out of our last class of the year. I threw everything from my locker into my backpack and slammed it shut for the last time until September. Keaton was waiting behind me. We went over to Kaylee's locker and got her. Wes was waiting for us outside.

"We did it! We got through the year without getting in a ton of trouble!" Kaylee exclaimed. I laughed.

Keaton's fingers interlocked with mine.

"So, what are we gonna do to celebrate school ending?" Wes asked.

"Maybe we could go to the mall," Kaylee suggested. "They aren't just for shopping, you know." Now she was smirking.

"Is this gonna get us kicked out of there?" I asked.

"Possibly," she replied.

"I'm in." I said. Everyone laughed.

"Why not do stupid stuff today? I'll go," Keaton said.

"I'm coming for sure," Wes added.

"Cool. We can leave our stuff at my house. Wes and Keaton, you left your boards at my house yesterday, so that actually worked out well. You can use my other one, Kaylee," I explained.

We stopped at my house and left our stuff by the door. We grabbed our boards and skated to the mall. When we got there, we locked up our boards on a bike rack. You couldn't trust anyone around here.

We went into the mall. It was pretty busy.

"So, what should we do first?" I asked. We walked over to a directory.

"Alright, first thing's first. This needs to be completed before we do any shopping, pranking, or other things. Keaton and Wes, go look in Victoria's Secret. It's the oldest prank in shopping history. At least, that I know of," Kaylee said.

"Okay, we'll be right back," Wes said. He and Keaton walked into the store, which was across from where we were. I could see them looking around at stuff. They were getting a lot of stares. Kaylee and I were cracking up. The two returned a few minutes later.

"Nice, guys!" Kaylee said, high-fiving them.

"What's next?" Wes asked.

"Why don't we do a little bit of shopping?" I suggested.

"Yes, that's a good idea. Let's go," Kaylee said, leading us. She stopped in front of Hollister.

"Oh, not this 'I think I'm a surfer' store!" Wes groaned.

"Come on, it's fine," Kaylee said, pulling him in. Keaton and I just laughed, following them in.

"Meet us here in 20 minutes," Kaylee said, dragging me to the clothes. I looked around. I found a loose blue shirt that I liked. I bought it, along with a pair of shorts. Kaylee got a green long-sleeve top. We met Wes and Keaton back at the front of the store. Surprisingly, Wes had bought something.

"Where should we go next?" Keaton asked.

"Well, I don't know about you guys, but I'm gonna go stop the escalator," Wes said, running away.

"We should probably go with him, since he's gonna get himself kicked out of here," I said.

"Yeah, good idea," Kaylee said. She, Keaton, and I ran over just as Wes "accidentally" hit the button. Two security guards came out about a minute later.

"Ladies, gentlemen, I'm going to have to ask you to leave the mall, you're causing troubles for the other customers," one of them said.

"Okay, that's fine. We're very sorry. We didn't mean any harm," Kaylee said. We walked out. As soon as the doors shut, we all burst out laughing.

"Well, we probably shouldn't come back here for awhile. They hate us!" I said, laughing. Everyone nodded in agreement, still laughing. We grabbed our boards and skated off. I was so happy that we could be stupid, but still have a great time.
