The sunshine went through the dusty windows of the basement of the house. Everything was quite. There was no one home just me. My fingers touched the white keys on the keyboard making the sound disrupt the quite. I stop when my fingers touched the middle key of the keyboard. I sat down hitting the keys in a rhythm. I slowly started 'Stay' by Rihanna. Finally I caught up with the speed of how the song goes. I closed my eyes letting the song take me away.

I started to sing, "All along it was a fever

A cold sweat hot-headed believer

I threw my hands in the air, said, "Show me something,"

He said, "If you dare come a little closer."

Round and around and around and around wego..." I stopped opening my eyes as I heard the front door opening and closing.

Quickly I shut off the keyboard getting up as fast as I can. The door of the basement was just opening as I tried to make it across the room to get my book. On my way there I fell hitting the ground. My jaw hit the grown the hardest earning a groan. That hurt like hell. I looked up to see my wonderful brother Jason offering a hand for me with a smile on his face.

"You are so clumsy sis." Jason commented as he pulled me up.

I ignored his comment massaging my jaw that was hurt. I looked up at my brother that was two year older as he stood looking down at me. Rolling my eyes I walked to the chair far away from the keyboard. I didn't want my brother to know that I can play it, let alone sing as well as him. It was my secret. Music is his thing and I don't want to take that away from him. I love him too much.

I watched as Jason moved to the keyboard sitting down on the chair that I have sitting on to play the piano just moments before he came in.

"So I got some news Emily and promise not to be sad or anything because I have too much to do." He started. A sigh left from his mouth, "The band that I am in are finally meeting up. We got a deal from this record producer and he wants us in, although you are not going to like what I am going to say next."

Jason was put into a band along with his friends that he hasn't met in person. You must be wondering well how the hell is that; they never met each other in person. Well Jason met three boys from the four corners of the world last year over Skype. Each of them with beautiful talents that they have decided to create a group called 'The Four of Us'. It's a really stupid name, but it doesn't really matter with their talent. Ever since that day they have created music amazing music all together so it wasn't a surprised someone finally noticed it.

I notice he hasn't said anything, "What am I not going to like?" I asked. I was afraid that he was going leave me. He can't he is the only one that I actually talk to in school and at home.

He got up running his hand through his brown curly hair, "I have to head to England. The deal is in England." I heard his voice cracked as he said it. I knew what I had to do.

I took a deep breath trying to hold back the tears threating to fall, "Okay. You go live your dream." I walked up to him. "Just don't forget your little sister. Oh and if you do become crazy famous remember to take me out to get sushi, you know I love sushi." I smiled.

Jason pulled me into a hug, "I love you little sister and I will never forget you. Thank you for trying to be strong even though I know you want to cry." He kissed my forehead as I pulled away.
