Tim POV: After the fight I had with Faith I went back to my house. I sat outside on the front steps and tried to wrap my head around what just happened. That's when I saw a car coming down my driveway. A little part of me hoped that it was Faith, but I knew that was highly unlikely. When it got closer I realized that it was Faith's friend Gale. What in the world is she doing here? She got out of her car and came over to me with a sad look on her face. "I'm guessing Faith told you what happened?" I said. "She did...can I have a seat?" "Be my guest." She sat down beside me on the front step. "This is all my fault." "No Tim, it's not your fault. You had no idea what was going to happen. It's not like you're a mind reader or anything." "But as far as Faith is concerned I'm responsible for the worst day of her life...And to think, I was actually going to propose to her tonight." I said. "You were?" "Mhm." I reached into my pocket and pulled out the ring I had planned on giving to Faith. "I've had it for weeks now. I was just waiting for the right time to ask her. But now I guess there never will be a right time." I got up an threw the ring as hard and as far as I could into the driveway. Gale tried to convince me to go talk to Faith, but I know I'm the last person she would want to see right now. After a while Gale gave up trying to convince me and left.
