Akala ko tatantanan na kami ng 5/5, pero hindi pa pala. Patuloy pa rin nag tetext ang sender.

James and I got married. Sa judge nga lang. Yung sa simbahan, soon na yan. Pagka labas ni baby.

Dumadagdag pa yang 5/5 sa problema ko. Nakakainis naman kasi 'bat ngayon pa lumala yung sakit ni James. Asthma naging heart disease? Jusme.

Naiinis ako kasi ngayon, namomroblema ako. I'm pregnant and I'm the only one working for me and my family. But my dear blessing I hold in my womb came at the right time. Kahit papaano, I have this spark of hope.

Kahit papaano, my baby and its dad keeps me happy, inspired.. Strong. Kahit minsan gustong gusto ko nang bumigay. I can't and I won't.

I got home. We're still living in Daddy Malcolm's house. At times, Mom and Dad would visit me, the baby, and James.

I kissed James and then kissed Daddy Malcolm and Lauren in the cheeks.

Then I went back to James to check on his condition.

"Hey.." I said and smiled weakly at him. He looked at me. I can see his eyes. Filled with hope. In this world of cruelty, his eyes are still filled with hope. But I won't let my baby wake up to a world where James and I did.

"Hi.." He said and kissed me

"How are you, Love? How's my Hubby?" I asked him

"Getting better." He answered

I checked his dextrose medicine if it was flowing well and checked for leaks as well.

I also changed the medicine bag as soon as the other one got empty. Then I checked on him. I placed my hand on his face to check if he's warm or cold or sweating.

Then he held my arm

"Nadine.." He said

"Is there something wrong?" I asked him

"I'm better. I was wondering if I could get a check up. I hate seeing you like this, Wifey." James said

"But I like what I'm doing, James. I like doing this for you. Because I love you." I said

"Thank you." James said and kissed me

"I love you.."
