I knocked on the bathroom door for the nth time now and I can hear her cussing

"Shit shit shit. Ano ba naman yan! Di ako prepared! Bwisit bat ngayon pa?! Tanga tanga mo kasi eh, Nadine hindi mo man lang makuhang tignan ang kalendaryo mo?! Eh para saan pa na nandun yun? Tanga mo!!!" She continuosly cussed

"Love?" I called "What's wrong?!"

"Shit. Wala pa naman akong... Argh!" She continued scolding herself

"LOVE!" I called again

"Sorry... Wala. Walang mali sakin. Meron lang akong ano... Yung. Alam mo na." She said

"Ano?" I asked

"Gosh, James. Why do you have to be so insensitive? Period, James. I'm on my period." She said

I took my phone out and called Lauren

Sister dear

James: Hello, Lauren.

Lauren: Yea? Wussup?

James: You're a girl, right?

Lauren: The heck, James.

James: You have your period thingy, right?

Lauren: Ofcourse I do, James? Why?

James: What do you do when you have it?

Lauren: Ohmygggggg----

James: It's Nadine. She's on her period.

Lauren: Aww. That's sweet. Get her some napkins. With wings. Thin, Cottony ones are better. Then get a magic gel hot pack. I know she has it in her drawers. Get her pain relievers. Then give her a huge teddy bear. Girls feel better hugging teddy bears to ease the pain.

James: Why? Does it hurt?

Lauren: Like hell, James.

James: Then I'm hurt for her.

Lauren: You're cheesy.

James: I'm gonna go get some stuff for her. Thank you, Lauren. Love you so much my sister dear! Mwua!

Lauren: Gross, James. Love you too.

Ow! Ang sakit! Darn these cramps. It hurts like hell.

Why did it have to come today?! I'm not prepared! Wala pa 'kong napkins dahil di pa 'ko nakakabili.. Huhu :'(

I hate this so so much!!!

Nasaan na ba si James? Bakit ba bigla bigla nalang s'yang nawawala?! Eh biglang natahimik so I presume that he's gone. I need him right now. Yeah I need him right noww~ mwahahha joke lang.

Pero bakit kaya may gana pa 'kong mag joke at a time like this. I'm going crazy.

Then I heard knocks on my bathroom door

"Love? Open up. Hindi ako maninilip. Promise." He said

I pushed the unlock button of the remote control

"I've got you napkins." He said and gave me a plastic. Nakita ko rin naman na nakatakip yung mukha nya ng braso nya kaya kinuha ko na ang plastik.

"Labas muna." I said sternly

He followed anyway

From now, I have so much to learn for my fiancée. Pretty soon, she'll be my wife. And I have to learn on how to take care of my wife.

And that's with Lauren's help.

How I wish mom was here with me...

Nadine went out of the bathroom looking down, her cheeks flushed red.

She's shy? With who? Me? Hahahah.

"Why are you red?" I asked, grinning

"H-huh?!" She said and checked herself at the mirror. Then she grabbed a hoddie she usually wears during joggings and zipped it up, putting the hood over her head.

"Hey" I said and she looked down

I raised her chin up for me to see her face. She's goddamn shy.

"I-I'm sorry you had to see that. I-I'm just–"

"Look, it's better I saw that." I said and smiled at her "Why?" She asked shyly

"Lighten up. You're gonna be my wife real soon. It's better I saw that because soon, I'm gonna be the only person you can ask to rush to the grocery to buy you napkins. I'm not ashamed of that, Nadine. If I have to do that for you, kahit ngayon palang, gagawin ko. I want to take care of you. And I need to learn on how to take care of you." I said "Smile. For me."

She smiled

"Thanks." She said

I kissed her..
