"Like I said - Pinpoint," the golden-cloaked tom purred, amusement twinkling in his eyes. "You know? Like my name?"
Minky felt a wave of bewilderment at first, but it was replaced by a sense of curiosity. "Are you a kittypet? Your fur is incredibly-"
"Soft," Pinpoint interrupted, his eyes gleaming in mischief. "For a rogue, that is."
"You're a rogue?" Minky scoffed in disbelief, eying the well-groomed tom. In that moment, she forgot her fear of other cats, and wanted to know more about Pinpoint.
"Yes, indeed. An incredibly handsome rogue," Pinpoint winked.
Minky gave a nervous laugh. Well, he is quite good-looking... no! He's still a stranger. He could be working for Ren.
"I like to look presentable," Pinpoint purred, lashing his tail tauntingly. Minky noticed that he was eying her messy brown fur.
Minky was frozen, unsure how to react to Pinpoint's point on her horrendous fur.
» Horrified and angry.
» Self-conscious about her appearance, and feeling nervous.
