Chapter 10

Lisa's POV
I got woke up at 6am because Isabelle was crying, but luckily Andrew was up getting ready for work and went and calmed her down  and then brought her in our room and laid her with me
"Somebody wanted their mommy" he said smiling   and I just looked at her and she just smiled
"Hey big girl" I said and she was just looking at me smiling and I took her from him and kissed her forehead and Andrew sit next to us
"I tried rocking her back asleep, but she refuses" he said as he kissed her forehead as well and she started making baby noises
"Oh goodness" I said and she smiled and started making more noises and even louder
"Talk about it big girl" Andrew said laughing and looked at the clock
"I better get going, I'll see you later" he said as he peck my lips and he kissed Isabelle's forehead
"Say bye daddy" I said as I took her hand to make her wave and she smiled and he waved back and walked out and she continued her baby noises, I can't believe she is now 7 months. and I know she was thinking she was talking and I just smiled and I videotaped her
"Isabelle!" I said and she looked at me and smiled and continued making noises
"Can you say mama" I asked and she kept making noises and then went
"Mama" and I smiled really big and I posted the video

There were comments saying of how cute it is, and adorable and how I am good mom, it made me smile, and I noticed it was now quarter til 7 already, and I picked Isabelle up
"Are you hungry?" I asked her and kissed her cheek and walked downstairs and made some of her favorite baby cereal and started feeding her
"Is that good" I asked and she smiled and made some noises and I just smiled at her and she ended up eating all of her cereal and I cleaned her up, it's not very often I get one on one with my kids, so I'm really enjoying this right now, I knew the kids would be waking up soon because they do not know how to sleep in, I put Isabelle on the floor in front of her favorite toys, when she pressed music plays, and then my phone started ringing and I seen it was my mom
"Hey mom" I said
"Hey lise, I hope I didn't wake you" she said and I laughed
"No, haha, Isabelle had me up at 6 this morning" I said and she laughed
"Are the others sleeping?" She asked
"Yeah, but they should be waking up anytime" I said
"Okay, Listen..I'm gonna come over here in a few and I'll make breakfast for you guys?" She asked...it not very often I get to spend time with my mom one on one so I take every chance I get
"Well of course" I said smiling
"Alright! I'll be over soon!" She said happily
"Alright see you then" I said and hung up and laid down on the couch to rest for a bit, then I heard footsteps coming downstairs and it revealed Hunter
"Hey Hunter" I said and she got excited and got on the couch with me
"Guess what?" I asked as I kissed her cheek
"What?" She asked as she looked at me
"Mimi is coming over" I said and she smiled
"Yay!" She said clapping her hands, my kids calls my mom mimi and they call my dad poppa, I think it's adorable. Hunter goes down to sit with Isabelle and kissed her forehead, Isabelle will smile at Hunter all day, I smiled at the moment and then finally the boys came down
"Hey guys" I said and they smiled at me
"Good morning" Ryan said jumping on me
"Oh boy" I said laughing and kissed his cheek and Jacob climb on me and I kissed his cheek as well
"Guess what guys" I asked
"What" Jacob asked
"Mimi' I said
"Yaaay" they said and got all excited and I heard a knock on the door and I went to open it and it revealed my mom
"Hey mom" I said and hugged her
"Hey sweetie" she said hugging me back and you can the kids playing and she smiled
"Sounds like the kids are up" she said laughing and I nodded
"Oh yeah, they just woke up actually" I said and she laughed
"Where's Andrew?" She asked
"Oh he's been going into work early, so he can get off early" I said she nodded
"Well that's nice" she said smiling and following me to the living room
"Guys look who's here" I said and my mom was behind me and they all got excited
"Mimi" they all said and tackled her with hugs and I went and picked up Isabelle
"Aw hey guys" she said as she kissed each of their cheeks and I walked Isabelle over to her and my mom took her and kissed her cheek
"How are you doing baby girl" she said and looked at me
"Wanna cook breakfast" she asked I nodded
"Sure" I said
"Where do I put Isabelle" she asked
"I usually bring her bouncer in the kitchen while I'll cook" I said as I grabbed the bouncer and took it in there and sit it on the table and mom hand me Isabelle and I kissed her cheek and sit her in the bouncer
"So it's been a while since we got to talk Lisa" she said smiling
"I know" I said and she smiled
"How is everything" she asked and I took a deep breath
"Well, Jacob had a jealously/attachment problem, he wanted to spend as much time with me as he could get, he was jealous of the baby, and Hunter" I said and she smiled
"That is completely normal" she said and I looked at her
"Really?" I asked and she nodded
"Oh yes, you were so jealous of Amy and Alex when they were little, you would scream your head off if me or your dad would leave" she said and I smiled
"Well me and Jacob been doing a thing where I will spend one and one time with him so he can get time with me, but I haven't this past week and a half
because Andrew was gone due to work" I said and took a deep breath
"But he's been doing a lot better since we started that, but he is starting to understand that the girls and Ryan need me too" I said and she smiled
"Well that's good" she said as she was still cooking and spoked up
"So is Andrew gonna start traveling now?" She asked and I took a breath
"Gosh..I don't know, but I hope not" I admitted and she nodded
"It sucked when your dad was gone too" she said and she spoked up again and Isabelle started making noises
"Oh my goodness" my mom said smiling at her and I just laughed
"Yeah she's starting to show off her voice that's for sure" I said and she smiled and Isabelle was smiling at her
"I got her to say momma earlier" I said and she looked at me
"Really?" She asked and I nodded and showed her the video and she smiled really big at it
"Aw that's adorable" she said and I smiled and Hunter came in crying
"Mommy" she said and I lifted her and sit her on my lap
"What's wrong" I said and she lifted her hand up
"Did you smash it?" I asked and she nodded while she was still crying
"Okay take a deep breath" I said and she was shook her head
"No" she said and I took a deep breath
"Hunter close your eyes and take a deep breath" I said and she did
"In" I said and she breath in
"And out" and she did and calmed down
"You feel better" I said and she nodded and I kissed her cheek and kissed her finger she smash
"Now go play with your brothers" I said and she ran in the living room and I just looked at my mom and she was giving a loving look
"What" I asked and she just smiled
"You as a mother, I love it" she said and I just smiled
"Thanks" I said and she just looked at me
"Lisa I'm serious, seeing how good you were with Joey when he was little, I always pictured what you would be like, I knew your personality fits it" she said and I smiled
"Thanks mom seriously" I said and she was still cooking and she smiled
"There is one thing I want to give you" she said
"What is it?" I asked and she pulled out a circle  shape locket and handed it to me
"Your great grandma gave this to me when I gave birth to you, so I knew one day I would give it to you" she said and I was observing the locket
"I know that she would want me to give it to you, Christina got a ring and Katherine has a cross, she wasn't alive for the other three" she said and I took a breath knowing it means a lot to her
"Why don't you keep it mom" I said and she shook her head
"It was for you, but open it" she said and I did and it was a picture of me,Andrew and the kids and around it was the kids birthstones Jacob and Ryan was born in October, Hunter was In December and Isabelle's is April and it brought tears to my eyes
"I took it, and turned into a mother's locket, and if you have any more kids you can always add to it" she said and I was speechless
"I love it, thanks so much" I said hugging her and she hugged me back
"You have no idea of how much you and your siblings make me and your dad proud" She said whispering in my ear
"I love you mom" I said
"I love you too sweetheart" she said
