Chapter 20

Lisa's POV
It's been a few days since Micah has been off the cords...and still no news...I haven't left the hospital yet...me and Andrew was watching tv and the doctor came in and he was holding Micah and I was surprise and he smiled and spoked up
"This is a miracle" he said surprise and I smiled and he spoked up
"He's starting to breathe on his own.." he said and he handed him to me
"You wanna try to bottle feed him" he asked and I nodded and he handed a bottle for him and I started to feed him and his eyes were open looking up at me while he was eating
"Hey" I said smiling and the doctor spoked up
"He's getting stronger too, he even cried this morning" he said and me and Andrew just smiled and Andrew kissed his forehead
"So does this mean" I asked and the doctor cut me off
"He's going to be okay" he said and I was so happy and I looked over at Andrew and we just smiled at each other and the doctor spoked
"Now we gonna make sure he gets to 4 pounds and is able to keep warm in a crib" he said and we nodded
"I'll let you guys be, but if you want visitors that's okay too" he said smiling
"Happy for you guys" he said walking out and I was crying because I'm so happy
"What's wrong" Andrew asked and I just shook my head
"I'm just so happy" I said and he kissed my temple
"We prayed for a miracle and we got it!" He said and we just couldn't stop smiling and admiring Micah...we are so blessed beyond words and I kissed Micah's forehead as he was eating and Andrew spoked up
"Well I'm gonna call our parents and let them know" he said and I nodded and he walked out

Andrew's POV
I am so happy! So beyond happy! I got my phone out and called the Cimorellis
"Hello" Lynne answered
"Hey Lynne! So we got some incredible news" I said and she spoked up
"What is it?" She asked
"The baby is going to make it! We should be able to go home hopefully in a couple days!" I said and she took a breath
"Oh my gosh..that is amazing!" She said excited
"Yeah you guys can come visit us if you want, they are letting us have visitors" I said
"Well we will definitely be there, we will tell the rest too!" She said and I smiled and she hung up and I called my mom
"Hey" she said
"Mom, we got some incredible news" I said
"What is it?" She asked and I couldn't help but smile
"The baby is going be okay mom, he's gonna make it" I said
"Wow, Andrew that is amazing!!" She said and I spoked up
"I know! You can come and bring the kids with you to come see him" I said
"Great we will be there!" She said and hung up, I walked back into the room and seen where Lisa was still feeding him..and I sit next to her and kissed her cheek and kissed Micah
"He's gonna look like you, I can tell" she said and I smiled, this absolutely amazing
