Andrew's POV
"Why not make her permanent home here" Lisa said and I looked at her
"Are you being serious?" I asked and she nodded
"I am" she said and I could tell by the look of her face that she was serious and she spoked up
"Andrew, she deserves to be in a safe place, and that poor girl, she's been through so much already, you can tell, she never felt safe, I want her to feel safe, and I want her to feel safe with us" she said and I looked at her
"Lisa" I said and she looked at me
"Andrew" she said and I looked at her
"I want her to be safe too" I said and she looked at me
"Then why not" she said and I took a breath
"Lisa it's not that easy though" I said and she spoked up
"I don't care, but that little girl in there does not deserve any of this, she needs to be loved" she said and the cops came back on the door
"Hey, we are sorry to bother you again but can we see the little girl" he asked and I went and got her and the first thing she did was hid behind Lisa, and Lisa bend down
"Hey, Addison, it will be okay, these are nice people and they will help you okay?" Lisa said to her and she nodded and the cop came and bend down to talk to her
"So I've heard that your mommy and daddy hits you, is that true?" He asked and she looked at Lisa and back at the cop and nodded
"Do you know why?" He asked and she took a breath
"They get mad at me" she said and I looked at her and she looked at me and the cops asked
"Do you wanna come with us" he said and Addison shook her head and held on to Lisa as her life depended on it
"Do you have to take her?" I asked and spoked up
"She's safe here" I said and they looked at her as she was hugging Lisa and the cops nodded
"You can tell she feels like it" they said and spoked up
"Now we will leave you guys alone now, sorry for bugging you, we will let you if we hear anything else" they said and walked away and I looked at her the way she reacted to the cops and how she held on to Lisa is definitely something, I went and bend down to Addison
"It's okay, we won't let nothing happen to you okay?" I said and she nodded and walked back into the kitchen and I looked at the Lisa
"Lisa" I said and she looked at me
"Yes" she asked and I spoked up
"You're right, she deserves somewhere safe" I said and she looks at me
"So" she said and I spoked up
"Let's try to adopt to her" I said and she looked at me
