Chapter 30

Andrew's POV
Me and Lisa didn't have the kids today, my mom and dad wanted to take the oldest three to see Disney on ice and Lynne has Isabelle and Micah at her place, which me and Lisa were totally okay with, we are so blessed that our parents love spending time with them, but me and Lisa were walking downtown Nashville, holding hands and everything and just looking around
"Are you hungry?" I asked and she nodded and we went into a restaurant and ordered our food, I decided to take a picture of Lisa so i got her attention
"Lisa" I said and she looked and smiled and I took the picture

We just sit and talked about our kids and everything
"So Isabelle is turning 4 soon" Lisa said and I nodded
"Right, and what are we doing for her birthday?" I asked
"Cake, family over, she will be happy" she said and I nodded
"Sounds great" I said
"So Have you noticed that Micah has a hard time seeing?" I asked she nodded
"Yeah I'm taking him to the eye doctor tomorrow, and I'm gonna have our babysitter over and watch the other kids while I go and I nodded and we just kept continuing talking while we were eating our meal
"The boys wants to go to church camp and Christina is letting Joel and Baylee go" she said and I nodded
"Do you think they're ready?" I asked and she nodded
"They'll be great" she said
"Alright I'll sign them up" I said and she nodded, we finished dinner and we walked out and as we were walking we heard two people fight it was a man and women and he was in her face
"Andrew that looks pretty bad" Lisa said and I looked at them
"Yeah well, it's not our business tho" I said and we continued walking and then Lisa yelled
"Andrew!" I looked over at the couple and I seen that the guy was hitting her and I went over there
"Hey hey hey, what's going on here" I said and I looked at the guy and the girl and the girl looked so familiar
"Ashley?" I said and she nodded and Lisa took her by the hand and walked her over to the closest bench and I looked at the guy, and I was sickened, I never liked Ashley but goodness, she doesn't to be hit by a dude, I don't know how any guy can hit a girl like that, Ashley was so defenseless, I would never ever lay a hand on Lisa and I looked at the guy
"Why don't you leave" I said
"This is none of your business" he said as he walked towards her and I stopped him
"Wanna try me?" I said and he looked at me
"Now go away" I said

Lisa's POV
I can't believe what I just witness, a guy hitting a girl, but after Andrew got the guy away, I couldn't believe who it was, but I took her by the hand and brought her to the bench
"Are you alright?" I asked and she looked at me, she had a black eye
"ew, that's look bad I'll go in this restaurant to get ice"
"Why are you helping me? I thought you didn't like me" She asked and I looked at her
"Well you did threaten my relationship and kissed my boyfriend" I said and took a breath and I looked at her
"But it doesn't mean you deserved to be pound on like that" I said and she looked at me and I left and got ice and came back and she put it on and Andrew came up
"Is she okay?" He asked and I nodded
"She's fine, just needs some ice" I said and I spoked up
"Was that your husband?" I asked and she nodded
"5 years, 2 kids" she said and I looked at Andrew
"Have this happened before?" I asked and she spoked up
"It didn't happened until last year" she said
"He doesn't hit the kids does he?" Andrew asked
"No" she answered
but then cops showed up to us
"We got a call about a domestic violence" he said and he looked at Ashley
"Can we ask you some questions mam" he said and she nodded and then looked at us
"Thank you guys" she said and then they walked away.....and I couldn't help but look at Andrew, the whole ashley thing made realize that I appreciate him so much, he treats me so good, I know he would never hit me, and we ended up walking back to the car, I was quiet the whole car ride, and once we got home and walked in the door, I looked at Andrew and put my hands on his cheeks and crashed my lips into his, our lips moved in sync and I pulled away
"What was that for?" He asked and I smiled
"Just because...I love you...and I appreciate you so much" I said and he smiled and kissed my forehead
"I love you too Lisa"
