*Queen Mansion* *9:00.AM the next day* As morning approaches, Oliver receives multiple loud knocks at the door. The sound of the knocks wake him up, he walks down the stairs, shouting... "Stop knocking. I will be there in a second!" As he arrives at the door. He discovers that it is his best friend Tommy Merlyn.

Who is coming to see him for the first time since he has returned home. He opens the door. Saying to Tommy with a smile on his face..... :Oliver---- Tommy..... Its been a minute. Tommy replies to him..... Tommy---- Glad you are home buddy. Tonight I'm throwing you a party, a welcome home party. You in? :Oliver---- Ah, that's not necessary. :Tommy--- Yes it is. My best friend came back from the dead. That is something definitely worth celebrating. Oliver sighs and smiles at Tommy replying to him.... :Oliver---- Okay, fine Tommy. You can throw me a party tonight. But just promise me one thing. :Tommy---- Anything.... Oliver begins to laugh while saying to Tommy..... :Oliver--- Don't let me get to drunk tonight. I want to actually remember my first night back, with whatever girl it happens to be with. :Tommy--- Haha, okay man. I got you! :Oliver--- Thanks Tommy. Well, I have to take care of a couple things. I will see you at the party. Before Tommy leaves he says to Oliver... :Tommy--- Hey Oliver. Make sure that the guy in the green hood doesn't show up trying to crash our party tonight. I heard he is targeting rich men like me and you. :Oliver--- Don't worry about it Tommy. I'm sure he has more important people to take care of. Tommy leaves the mansion, as Oliver walks back to his room. He then sits down at his desk, checking the balance of the bank account that he told Adam Hunt to transfer the stolen money into. As he discovers that Adam Hunt is yet to transfer the money. He picks up the list his father gave him and begins looking at Adam Hunt's name. *Oliver's POV* " I have given Adam Hunt multiple chances to right his wrongs. But he still has not done what I asked of him. As he continues to try and to hold onto his power of fear and manipulation. He hired a professional security team, thinking that it would scare me enough to stay away from him. Well, Adam Hunt is in for a rude awakening....." *9:00pm later that night* Oliver leaves the mansion, entering his limo with his security guard John Diggle by his side. As he is on his way to the coming home party, that his best friend Tommy is throwing for him.
As Oliver steps down from the stage. He notices that his brother, Caleb. Is walking into the club with two models around his arms. As Caleb begins to buy a drank from the open bar. He uses his name to get free drinks for himself and his women for the night.

Oliver stops the bartender, telling him that Caleb is not old enough to drink. The bartender stops pouring the drink, which angers Caleb. Caleb begins to get mad and he asks Oliver. :Caleb---- Why did you do that man? You are acting like you never had a drink when you was underage. :Oliver--- I'm just trying to protect you. :Caleb--- No you are trying to judge me. Stop being a hypocrite and be my brother, for once. The words that came out of Caleb's mouth hurt Oliver. As Oliver walks off not saying another word to his brother. Oliver then takes his phone out of his pocket checking the bank account one more time before attempts to take out Adam Hunt. He opens the account balance to only discover that the balance still remains at $0.00. Oliver being angered that Adam Hunt refused to do as he demanded. He suits up to go after him one last time. Despite the police and professional security protection surrounding Adam Hunt. Oliver remains focused to keep his promise to him that he made the night before. That he would take the money from Adam if he did not transfer it and he would not like how. Oliver leaves the club and suits up. Taking his arsenal of weapons with him. As he plans to bring justice to Adam Hunt and cross his name off the list once and for all!
Oliver wakes up to the sound of the living room TV blaring as loud as it could to the Starling City morning news. He walks down the stairs to discover his mother Moira, his sister Thea, and his brother Caleb all having their eyes glued onto the TV. As the anchormen reported the latest breaking news.... "As of 10:00pm, last night. 40 million dollars has been randomly entering the bank accounts of the poor famlies of this city, that Adam Hunt stole from. Adam Hunt is now being charged for embezzlement, multiple counts of murder and fraud. As the attorney Laurel Lance brought about enough solid evidence in court for the judge to convict him. The victims of Adam Hunt, Laurel Lance and this entire city should thank the hood once again, for bringing justice to someone who has corrupted this city for so long." Oliver pauses, being shocked by what he just heard. As he asks his family.... "What does he mean the hood strikes again? Wasn't that his first attack?" Thea sarcastically says with a laugh.... "Have you not seen a TV lately. Oh wait you was on an island" Moira shouts at Thea, being angry at her for making that inappropriate comment. Oliver still being shocked at what he heard, his brother Caleb speaks up. Saying to him.... "For the last couple months, the hood has been doing things to make this city a better place. Some call him a vigilante. But to me, it seems he is a hero." Oliver says..... "Wait, there is another one?" The family being very confused at what Oliver is saying. they begin to ask him... "What do you mean, another one?" Oliver shuts down the conversation quickly. Before he accidentally gives up his secret. He then says to his family..... "Never mind, I guess this hangover is messing with me more than I thought." Oliver leaves the room as he goes back to his own private room. *Oliver's POV* "I returned home with a mission to save my city. To save it from the corruption that has poisoned us for so long. To carry out this mission I need to become the Green Arrow and right my father's wrongs. But now, it appears someone else has the same mission as me. I need to take my mission to a whole new level. I need to find out who this is, and who is this archer is working with. Before a bigger problem occurs, that will make me have to kill this other archer myself."
