"You know, I'm really starting to hate Amatsuki," Soraru said flatly.

MafuMafu gave him a questioning look. "What makes you say that?"

Soraru rolled his eyes and gestured to their surroundings. "I don't know, maybe this?"

"Oh... right," MafuMafu chuckled awkwardly.

While their current situation was definitely Amatsuki's fault, MafuMafu couldn't help but wonder how things had ended up this way. He supposed it had started with that message he sent earlier...

*A few hours earlier~*

MafuMafu hummed to himself and played around with some games on his phone, swinging his legs lazily over the side of the couch. Today was one of his rare days off, and he was making the most of it... probably. To be honest, he was kind of bored. There wasn't much to do at home, since all he ever really did here was work. Watching anime was always fun, but there weren't any more new episodes of the shows he liked. So, here MafuMafu was, sprawled out on the couch with half his body hanging over the edge. He looked like a cat that had stretched out its body to take up as much space as possible.

After losing to this level on the game he'd been playing for the tenth time in a row, MafuMafu let out an annoyed huff and closed the app. Now he was really bored. MafuMafu debated what to do with the rest of his free time. He considered sleeping, but he wasn't really that tired right now. Eating sounded nice, but there was literally no food in his house and going out to eat alone was apparently "sad and pathetic" (as Soraru had so kindly put it). That left MafuMafu with only one option: spam all of his friends until someone agreed to hang out with him. Surely someone would take pity on his poor, lonely soul. And if they didn't, well, they'd just have a lot of messages on their phones. MafuMafu recalled the time Sakata had called him complaining about the 500 unread messages in his inbox and chuckled. It was Sakata's fault for ignoring him anyway. Even if he did have work to do.

MafuMafu rolled over onto his stomach and opened up the messaging app on his phone. He stared at it for a moment, wondering who to bother first. Then, a slight smirk appeared on his face, and he couldn't keep from laughing rather evilly as he clicked on the most used contact in his phone. Who was better to bother right now than Soraru? Sure, he was the most likely person to get mad and yell at MafuMafu to just shut up for one goddamn second, but hey, that was the fun part. In a really weird, probably crazy, way MafuMafu liked it when Soraru yelled at him. At least, it was better than ignoring him. So, MafuMafu typed out a multitude of messages consisting of nothing more than "Soraru-san" and paragraphs of emojis and sent them in rapid succession. Needless to say, it wasn't long before he got a response.

Soraru-san <3: Oh my god what the hell do you want??

MafuMafu chuckled to himself, both amused by Soraru's message and the contact name he had made. No doubt Soraru would be mad if he found out what MafuMafu put him as in his phone, but that was exactly why he didn't need to find out. After all, what he didn't know wouldn't hurt him.

Mafufufu: Hello Soraru-san \( • w • )/ How are you today?

Soraru-san <3: Could be better if you weren't bothering me.

Mafufufu: Awww how mean T~T

Soraru-san <3: So what do you want? Are you hungry or something?

Mafufufu: Actually yes. Can we go out to eat together?? ^^

Soraru-san <3: Buy your own damn food
