Chapter 13. Replaceable





" Why am I here?" Liam asks when he comes into my house.



" You're gonna help me," I say. He shoots me a puzzled look. " Harry's hungover-"



" I'm out-"



" No no no no no!" I yell, clutching onto Liam. It's no use though, Liam's so fucking buff.



" Niall, I have to say goodbye to Rebecca," Liam sighs.



" Fine, but come back please," I say with puppy eyes. Liam sighs and nods, before heading out.



' Want anything from the hood? - Anna amazingness'



' Yeah sure. I'm changing your contact name by the way. Get me pizza! Heard their pizza's good!- Niall'



' Boo. To be honest here, it's not THAT good. I'll get you something, don't worry :) - Anna'



' Don't care. Pizza is pizza! Get me something cool! Next time I go to Ireland, I'll make sure to get you something as well love :) - Niall'



After texting her for a bit more, she finally told me she had to turn off her phone while being on a plane.



I head to my room, only to find Harry sleeping peacefully on my bed.



" Aw, how cute," I mumble sarcastically.



I start flipping through channels, until I land on Doctor Who... of course.



I decide to watch it anyways, since I know Moni and Anna would be proud.



...MINUTES LATER...



I'm so fucking confused. What the hell is this show?!



WHY IS THAT PREHISTORIC LIZARD LADY A LESBIAN?!



So so confused...



" Niaaaaaaaaaall!"



No! He's awake!



" Coming," I say sluggishly. I zombie walk to my room, only to find Harr pouting and crossing his arms. " what?"



" I'm thirsty," Harry says. I roll my eyes, walk to the kitchen, make him a glass of cold water and bring it to him. " Thanks babe."



" Don't mention it," I roll my eyes. It was only minutes later when I hear a knocking at my door. I run to the door, and it reveals Liam James Payne.



" Finally, you came!" I yell, and hug him.



" Niall-"



" I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you..." I squeeze him even tighter.



" Fucking hell Niall, let go," Liam groans.



" Sorry," I say and let him go. We both walk to my room, and Harry seems to have been waiting for me. He seems surprised to see Liam... a bit sad too?



" Liam!" Harry cheers and flashes him a smile showing his dimples.



" Harry, sup mate," Liam says, fist bumping with him.



" Are you feeling better now?" I ask Harry. He nods, but ignores me and cuddles with Liam instead. Great to know I'm just that replacable. That little prick!



" Harry, can you go home now?" I ask sweetly.



" Yeah, alright. Thanks for everything Niall," Harry says.



" No problem," I smile. Despite everything this morning, I can never stay mad at Harry. I'm not one to hold a grudge.



While I stay here and rest for a bit, Liam drives Harry home.



Thinking back at the party, the purpose of me going to it in the first place never even happened. I was suppose to be talking to Marcus, but I never did. I didn't even see Ashley there! I was just so caught up with my friends.



About the things that Anna said about Ashley...I don't know if I should believe them. Anna seems like the honest type, and the way she talked about her, there was venom in her eyes. Pure hatred, not jealousy.



If what Anna said is true, Ashley must have a reasonable explanation for this, she has to. And Marcus is right, there was times where I found Ashley a tad rude. Maybe that's because she was spoiled as a kid, and there's simply nothing she can do about it?



Ashley can't be an evil person! She can't! Until I get proof of her being as mean and evil as Anna believes, I'm not giving up on her. With a help of Anna, I think she can get Marcus and I get Ashley. It has to come naturally though because I'd hate to be the cause of a breakup. That's not cool.



When Liam comes back, he has a weird look on his face.



" What's wrong?" I ask.



" I don't know. Uh..nevermind, I'll tell you later. Right now, I have something else to talk to you about," Liam says.



" Okay," I shrug. We sit on my couch and Liam has a ...lovesick look on his face. No...



" Do you want to hear about what happened between Rebecca and I?" Liam asks. I shrug, and let him continue. " well, we didn't exactly go on a date. Once I got to her house, she started making out with me. The whole date I planned was forgotten and all we did was watch films and get to know each other. Not to forget more snogs..."



" Grosse. I'm happy for you mate," I say, teeth clenching.



Why does Liam get love here before me? What's next, Harry hiding some kind of relationship from us? I hate this!



" Thanks. Couldn't have done it without you," he smiles. I roll my eyes at him; so cheesy.



" Hey Liam, how about session 2 of learning?" I ask.



" But I didn't bring my stuff," Liam pouts.



" Forget the stuff, Li," I laugh. He shrugs and grabs my laptop from the counter.



" So, about Pangea..."

" Am I done?" I ask, like a naive little boy.



" Yes Niall, you're done," Liam chuckles. I jump from my seat and start cheering.



" School's out, believe it!" I sing as I jump around.



" Oh, Mr. Lithium Payne has feelings you know," Liam says, touching his heart in a hurt way.



" Sorry sir, just exited," I say, trying my best to stiffle my laugh. " Pushing that aside, I believe you had something you wanted to talk about?" I remind.



" That's right! It's about Harry..."



I suddenly start paying attention intently.



" Yeah, what about Harry?" I ask.



" Has he seemed a little too cuddly and clingy around you?" Liam asks.So I'm not the only who thinks this?!



" Yeah! He was completely fine this morning after he took a shower, he just did not want to leave my house. I think he loved the attention I was giving him or something," I explain.



" Since we've been here, he's been coming to my house at 3 am just to sleep in the same bed as me. There's something up with him," Liam suspects. I nod in agreement. Whatever is up with Harry, I hope it's not too bad, cause I'd hate to see Harry get hurt.
