Chapter 26. I Don't Want To Go

" What am I doing here?" I ask.

" Well, you learned your lesson. Your time here is done. Now, let's go," The Wish Granter says.

" But I have a life here! My friends will wonder what happened to me!" I yell.

" No, 'cause this world won't exist after we leave. Now, let's go!" he yells.

" Dide, I can't leave yet. What about falling in love?" I ask.

" The point of this was for you to realize you already had love. You finally figured it out so now we must leave," he says.

" No. Give me answers," I demand.

" Fine. What?" he asks.

" Why did both Aneliz and Zayn tell me to pick wisely?" I ask.

" Well, of course I visited them. I told Zayn to do exactly what he did. And I explained everything to Aneliz, who then told you," he explains.

" Okay...is there a real reason why my friends are here with me?" I ask.

" No. We really did make a mistake. It's completely our faults, and that is why we made them fall in love too."

" Will I remember this when I go back?" I ask.

" Of course! You would have learned nothing then! You better keep your promise of stop taking everything for granted. Or else I did something wrong," he says.

" What did you mean by this world won't exist after we leave?" I ask.

" Well, we build this world for you specifically for you. Everyone of your friends, their stories, everything," he says.

" Uh... do all our friends exist in our world?" I ask.

" Yes. We based these people off of your world. I will tell you this, they might be different. We changed some things for them to work for you," he says.

That was what I was afraid of. What if they're completely different? What will happen with Liam? WIll he stay with Sophia? What about Harry? Will he search for Rita? What about me? What will happen to me?

" Will we see each other again?" I ask.

" No, never. We only accept the humans that REALLY need the wish. Hopefully, you won't need another wish. Even if you did, it's very unlikely that you'd get the same wish granter so no, you won't see me again," he says.

" I never got your name," I say.

" Michael. Nice meeting you Niall Horan, now, let's go," he says.
