her heart hammered in her chest as she heard him response. it was really not 'nothing' at all for her.
she uttered her sudden goodbye to him and rushed away. her thoughts flew to her father as she made her way to the hospital where her brother stays.
and when she opened the door, white surroundings welcomed her and in the middle of it was a body, almost lifeless because of its immovable state.
she sat beside the bed and enveloped his hands with hers as she lowered her head and leaned his hands to her face.
"brother, please fight. i don't want to lose you. you're the only one i have."
her tears started streaming down her flushed face and it dampen her brother's hand. she looked at his face, void of any emotions and she sob even more.
