she went in her house, warm enveloping her skin. she walked inside, now completely dry.

a smile found its way to her face when she remembered the guy she walked with.

he was familiar. his face.

she thinks she saw him somewhere. maybe her dreams? oh bust it.

she was about to go to her room when someone gripped her shoulders. too tight her umbrella fell from her hands.

she looked at the guy in front of her, towering and furious as hell.

"where have you been? i've been so famished and you didn't leave anything to eat. do you want me to die too?"

she didn't answered for her lips was too shaky to even form an o. and it made her brother angrier.

"what? speechless sister?"

she started weeping and was surprised when her brother threw her to the floor. her hips hit the hard surface and she grunts in pain.

"prepare food before i get impatient with you."

a loud bang echoed the living room. she sniffed and wiped her tears as she looked for her glasses.

and there it was,

shattered like her family is,

like her brother who lose himself ever since their mom left them

and like her but she knew glass even broken illuminates light

so will she.
