" How's Jay?" Kai whispered from the room. Lloyd looked at him and shook his head.

" He's..I think he's getting worse. He refuses to eat, and I think he's getting delirious." he whispered, his voice showing fear.

" Since when is Jay not delirious, but you have a point. Ever since Zane died, he's..he's been quiet, and that's not normal for lighting mouth." Cole grunted, looking at the slightly opened door. Nya was in his room, by his side, trying to get him to eat something.

" Man, why did he have to get in the way again!" Kai banged his fist on the table. " We could had defeated Morro without him sacrificing himself. Doesn't he understand the pain of losing a friend!"

" Kai...that's not fair." Lloyd whispered. " Jay told me the day that we had his funeral that maybe he was done. Think about it he had lost his father, our teacher, and then he lost the one person that he could ever feel love and truly feel compatible with. If I were in his shoes, I would had enough of that pain as well."

" Lloyd..." Kai looked down on the floor, ashamed of what he had said, but his temper would get the better of him. " I need to get out here, sorry guys." without another word Kai left the building and headed to who knows where.

" Kai!-"

" Leave him." Cole got up and shook his head. " Everyone of us has our own way of dealing with this. Kai's way is just blowing off steam. He'll be back eventually, but I think until then...Maybe we all need a break."

" No! Remember what happened last time this happened. Something bad really happened and everything turned upside down. I won't let that happen again!" Lloyd shouted, his eyes watering at its ends. Cole looked at him and smiled slightly.

" I know where you're coming from, but it won't happen like last time I promise. I get the feeling that Zane wouldn't allow that wherever he's at." Cole smirked, giving Lloyd a hug. " Just give us time to accept this, and we'll return here soon. Until then I'll keep in touch, okay?"

Lloyd wiped his tears and nodded his head. " Okay..Just stay safe."

" I will, and Lloyd!" Cole turned around before leaving. " Remember ninja, never quit!"

Lloyd smiled and nodded his head. " Never!"
