Zane's POV
*So..I see you've taken the form of a cat.* Kori growled softly. I looked at her and shrugged.
" It was not my first choice, but seeing how you were a snow leopard. I decided to become a cat." I stated, looking down at Jay, as he laid asleep in his bed.
*This is your first stage.*
" First stage in what?"
Kori's eyes glimmered softly, *I told you that this is like purgatory. Were you mend the wrongs and loose ends in your life. Helping those that find it hard to leave you, get back on their feet again. For your soul to find it's peace, you must fix these ends, only then will you get rest.*
" So Jay is..." My heart broke to see my brother go through such pain. I felt partly responsible for this, but what choice did I have. " So Jay is the first one that I need to find peace with. As this cat, maybe...maybe I can get Jay to smile once again. Maybe help him see that my death isn't the end of the ninja. Maybe he can see beyond this end."
Kori smiled and looked down. *Yes, very good. Each stage will take you to take on a different form. Whatever seems fit...as a cat you can gain a sort a bond with Jay, and perhaps give him something to smile about.*
I nod my head. " I will make him feel happy once again."
