Tea Party (Age 5)

It was late at night and Lauren was saying good night to the Order members. As she passed Hagrid, Dumbledore, and Mad-eye Moody, she slipped each of them an envelope. Mad-eye was the first to ask. 

"What's this?" he questioned. 

"It's an invitation to my tea party," Lauren said plainly. Across the room, Sirius snorted and put his hand over his mouth to hide his laughter, Tonks choked on her drink and started half coughing, half laughing. Remus bit his lip and tried not to laugh. 

"A tea party," Hagrid repeated. 

"Yep," Lauren insisted, "let me know if you can attend ASAP." she smiled. The other members looked at each other, uncertain of the outcome of this conversation. 

"Well," Dumbledore said, "I would happy to attend. What about you, Hagrid?" he said taking a sip of his drink. Lauren smiled and looked at Hagrid. 

"I would be honored," he said "Although I don't have a tiara." he whispered to Lauren. She grinned.

"Don't worry," she whispered back," I can lend you one." 

"Okay," Hagrid said, looking up. "What about you, Mad-eye?" he asked. Moody grumbled and looked around the table, his eyes landing anywhere but on the hopeful look on Lauren's face.

 "Oh, come on Mad-eye," Sirius said, grinning. He nodded at Lauren. "Go to my girl's tea party," Remus's face was now bright red and Tonks was shaking from silent laughter. Mad-eye glanced at Lauren, and her bright, hopeful, little face. 

"Fine," he sighed. "But I am not wearing a tiara." he paused," I much prefer boas." he added. The entire order lost it. Remus and Tonks burst out laughing so much they fell on the floor. Sirius had his head on the table, banging his fist against the wood, laughing his head off. Even Minerva McGonagall was chuckling to herself. Mad-eye glared at them. After she composed herself, Tonks turned to Lauren 

"I only have one question," she said " Is flash photography allowed?"

"As a matter of fact," Lauren said smiling " It is."

The Tea Party 

Mad-eye Moody, Hagrid, Dumbledore, and Lauren sat around the table, drinking tea daintily from little cups with their pinkies in the air. 

Hagrid wore a silver tiara with a pink lacey veil. 

Dumbledore also sported a silver tiara with a fuzzy purple boa. 

Mad-eye Moody wore a feathered, fluffy bright pink boa and he crossed his eyes as he sipped from his cup. 

Lauren wore a matching pink boa and a golden crown. The four of them tried to ignore the sounds of Tonks continuously snapping photos on a muggle camera. 

"You're never going to let me live this down, are you?" Mad-eye asked Tonks.

"Nope!" She replied.
