"Why are you looking at me like that?" Snart asked as he caught Kendra staring again.

"I don't know what you're talking about," Kendra mumbled, quickly averting her eyes.

"Sure..." Snart said, rolling his eyes.

"How did I get stuck guarding this door with you?"

"Well, hmm, it's 2010, Sara is 'dead', a guy on fire would draw unwanted attention, Ray is famous, and Rip is checking the rest of the floors."

"So, where were you? I'm pretty sure you're a wanted man."

"Yes, but I spent all of 2010 in the Bluudhaven Penitentiary, so nobody would ever second guess me here. So it looks like us two nobodies get spend a little quality time together, huh," Snart said slyly.

"I think I'd rather be on the roof with Stein and Jax," Kendra said, rolling her eyes.

"Well just know that the feeling is mutual," Snart said, smiling sarcastically.

Returning the fake smile, Kendra went back to watching the hall.

"We've been here forever, I don't think this guy is coming, or it really was a bird in the motion sensors after all," Kenra complained.

"Only one way to be sure," Snart sighed.

Lazily, Kendra went back to monitoring.

After about five minutes of silence, "What kind of name is Leonard anyways?"

Rubbing his temples, Snart turned around, "Are you always this annoying?"

"Really, though. Leonard. Leeeeonard. L e o n a r d."

"Would you shut up now."

"You don't have your friends call you that, do you?"

"You're more annoying than Palmer."

"What do you go by some nickname? What is it? Nard? Len?"

"If you don't shut up..."

"Leo?"

"Don't call me that," he said sharply, spinning around unexpectedly, rage in his eyes.

"Whoa, just chill out," Kendra said, taking a step back.

Relaxing a little, he turned back around and went back to watching the hall. "Just watch the hallway."

Just then, a thump sounded from down the hall past Kendra.

"What was that?" Kendra whispered to Snart, looking at him with confusion.

"I don't know," he said slowly, narrowing his eyes towards the sound.

They stood silently, listening for anything else, they heard some deep voices, faintly resonating through the halls. Too low and muffled to be understood.

"That's a person," Kendra said, taking a step towards the voices. "I'm gonna see what it is."

"Wait-"

"Don't worry, I'm a nobody remember? I got this."

Kendra started walking slowly down the hall towards the voices. Slowly picking up her pace till she was walking normally.

Finally, she was out of view, but Snart could still hear her footsteps echoing through the hall.

"Hey, do I know you?" Kendra's voice asked, confusion evident.

"I've seen you before, somewhere," A deep voice said clearly.

"Stick em up sweetie," another deep voice said.

Snart tightened his grip on his cold gun.

The sounds of fists hitting faces bounced off the walls. Then footsteps quickly running down the hall towards him ricocheted loudly through the hall. Kendra soon came into view, running.

Pulling out his cold gun from his holster, Snart stood ready to fire at anything that came down the hall.

Finally, Kendra reached him.

"What's going on?" he asked her, keeping his eyes glued on the hall, clumsy running sounding through his ears.

"There's two guys...  one of them looks weirdly familiar... but I don't know why..." Kendra said through her breaths.

Quickly, Snart put his finger to his ear, turning on his com. device.

"Rip, we have company down here."

"I've alerted the local police, they should be here soon. What kind of company?" Rip asked through the ear piece.

"I don't know yet."

"Let me know when you do, try and keep whatever it is busy."

"Gotcha."

Snart turned his earpiece back off, and prepared for trouble. Kendra stood behind him, prepping herself for the fight.

Then the two figures came into view. An older man, and a younger man, both with guns in their hands.

"Wait a minute..." Snart said, wearily.

Soon, the men were only thirty feet away. They pointed their guns at Snart and Kendra.

"Snart, freeze them already! What are you waiting on?" Kendra yelled from behind him.

"Wait a second! Is that who I think it is?" The old man yelled to his partner.

"What are you talking about?" the young man said, preparing to shoot.

Laughing, the old man lowered his gun, and shoved the younger man's gun down, slowing to a walk.

"Snart!" Kendra yelled in his ear. But Snart wasn't listening to her, he was frozen, standing completely shocked.

The men now stood ten feet away, their faces clear.

"What are you doing here?" The old man yelled to the two of them.

Kendra looked at Snart, confused.

"What a punch your lady friend has there," The old man said.

"It's been a while, huh, Leo?"

Snart tensed completely, a mixture of shock and fear covering his face.

Kendra looked back and forth between Snart and the old man.

"Who the hell is that?" The young man asked the old man.

"Bert, I'd like you to meet Leonard Snart."

Snart suddenly found it very difficult to breath.

"My son."
