The grizzly was still enjoying his breakfast as Chester slowly opened the shop door, that now barley hung on its hinges. Chester peered out of the doorway ,at the horrid site of what used to be his friend. Looking behind him, then at the massive grizzly, he pondered on the thought of running for his life or becoming lunch.Backing up slowly ,Chester began to quicken his step as he got farther away ,then at about eight hundred yards he spun on the balls of his feet and ran. He ran as fast as a sixty year old mountain man could. Never stopping to look back ,but he heard the bear in pursuit of him.Just over the ridge he saw the red tin roof of the cabin."I made it......I'm home" he said as he swung open his front door. Chester knew him and his family would be just fine in that cozy cabin ,up near the peek of the rocky mountain's ,because century's ago his family installed two three inch metal doors on both ends of the cabin. Frighten and very scared he peered out the window of the tiny cabin and what he saw amazed ,disturbed, and scared the hell out him.
