"...And that's why I think I would be very capable of working at Rian's." He smiled and waited for my response. I rolled my eyes and shook my head.

"Alex?"

"Yes?"

"Why the hell are you here?" I finally asked.

"Because, I head there were interviews today and I thought I'd apply." He said with a smile on his face, like any of this was legitimate.

"I was supposed to be home ten minutes ago," I said while rubbing my forehead.

"Sorry to keep you in overtime. So did I get the job or-"

"Alex!" I snapped.

"Yes?"

I sighed, "Why are you here?"

He finally sighed and rolled his eyes like I expected him to. He walked in the office saying he came for an interview, like he wasn't the one to quit last week. I knew something was up when he first got here.

"Okay, you caught me," He said while holding his hands up in defense. I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion.

"What?" I asked.

"I want my job back. Plain and simple." He said while surprising me a bit. I thought he came back just to eventually brag about how Rian's was going to go 'downhill from here' since the change of ownership, like he did last time he showed up.

"Oh really?" I asked, having fun with this. Alex huffed and rolled his eyes.

"Yeah, okay? Can we get this over with?" Alex impatiently asked.

"No...I need to at least know why you suddenly want your job back...after you were the one who left." I asked. He closed his eyes and deeply inhaled, as if he was using breathing methods as a way to prevent yourself from attacking someone.

"I liked how much I was earning monthly. Even when I was one of the entertainers. So can I have this job back?" Alex pleaded, "Please?"

I smiled. "So you wouldn't mind getting back on stage as long as you still worked here?" I asked.

"Yeah, sure," He quickly mumbled. I had the best plan in my mind as revenge. I pretended I was thinking about his job for a few minutes.

"Okay fine, you get the job." I told Alex. He smiled and I could tell he was tempted to hug me.

"Yay!" Alex responded.

"You start Friday night. Make sure you wear something attractive for the crowd also."

Alex's face sent from happy to slightly pissed. I guess I forgot to tell Alex what he's actually do as an employee again. Oh well.

"Oh, sure, see you then," Alex said while quickly walking out.

I had to do interviews today for Zack. They were actually pretty good, half of them got the job, with the inclusion of Alex, I guess. I was just happy that this was over with; I promised Tony that I'd go with him to get his first tattoo later today. As if it was a coincidence, My phone started ringing in my pocket, signaling me someone was calling, specifically Tony.

"Hello?"

"Jack! Where are you?" Tony asked nervously.

"Calm down, im on the way. I had to do some things for work," I reminded him.

"Oh. Right..." He remembered, "Well, can you hurry up? Kellin's annoying me about how amazing the planet Jupiter is," He complained.

I heard Kellin shout 'Hey! It's not annoying, it's educational!' through the phone, making me laugh a little.

"I'm on the way; don't murder each other." I warned before hanging up and leaving headquarters.

"Tony, calm down. Besides, you're the one who wanted to get a goddamn neck tattoo as your first tat," Kellin assured him while we walked to the tattoo store. We all met up at Zaxby's, catching a quick lunch before Tony had to get his tattoo.

"Leave me alone! I saw Mike's and it looks pretty cool; mine shouldn't hurt if his didn't," Tony argued. I rolled my eyes.

"Of course that's why you're getting one," I mumbled. Kellin quietly nodded. As much as Tony hated admitting it, he's head over heels for Mike, unfortunately. I'm starting to sense something between him and Kellin. Call me a creep, but I see it happening.

We walked into the shop and all of the spots were occupied, which is reasonable. Tony's appointment was at 3, and it's 2:50. Early-birds.

Apparently I spoke too soon, as one guy was finishing up. It looked like he got a A hand tattoo of a shark's mouth. Nice.

Tony smiled as he walked over to the open seat. Me and Kellin mindlessly talked about music and what not until it was time for Tony to start.

"Hold your breath," Kellin reminded him before the needle was attached to his neck. As it slowly started moving over his skin, I felt bad for him. I could physically feel the pain in my own neck and I wasn't even getting the tat.

"It doesn't hurt?" I asked while holding onto my neck. Both Kellin and Tony laughed quietly.

"That's not that actual tat, the dude's drawing it out first so he won't mess up on the real deal." Kellin informed me.

"Now, the real deal is coming." The tattoo artist, who I think is named Jaime based off of his name tag, said while he turned the needle on and went straight to work. Luckily, Tony's a silent crier and takes pain with a grain of salt, so the agonizing screaming and crying didn't occur.

Time went by and after a boatload of silent tears, Tony was halfway finished. The tattoo itself was finished, but it was colorless.

"You okay?" Kellin asked while Tony was waiting?

"No," He said silently. I laughed and turned around to grab my workbag where my phone was. I noticed that it was beside a lady who must've moved it.

"Excuse me, can you hand me that bag?" I asked while she was deep in her phone. Her entire face was covered by her dark brown hair.

"Sure, Jack." She said, confusing me. How did she know my name? It is printed on the front of my work bag just in case I lose it; she probably got it from there. But boy, was I wrong.

She picked up my bag first, then looked up at me, giving me a clear shot of her face, making me shake with nostalgia. It's like i had one of those war flashbacks seeing her face.

Smiling brightly, yet a bit apologetically, she held the bag for me to grab, but that was suddenly the least of my worries. She almost look exactly the same from when I last saw her around my 15th birthday.

"May?"

I absentmindedly took the bag from her hand, wanting to step back. Suddenly seeing her again really changed my mood. She faultlessly laughed a little before speaking.

"Hello, little bro."
