"Wake up you lazy butt, it's Christmas and it's already eleven o'clock!" I hear someone shout in my ear. Automatically I spring up in bed, almost hitting heads with Joyce. "Don't do that!" I cry. She laughs and runs out of the room. I groan and jump out of bed, grabbing the robe I bought two days ago off my dresser and pulling it on. When I pull open the door I see a blur of color whip past me and I look confused down the hallway. "PRESENTS!" I hear Adam scream. I burst out laughing. "What the f*ck!" I shout down the hallway, collapsing to the ground laughing. "You are such a two-year-old!" I hear a thud downstairs. "That's an insult to two-year-old's everywhere!" I hear him shout. I roll my eyes and head down stairs, seeing a small mound of presents under the tree. Adam isn't in the room but after a minute he walks in all dignified and holding a mug of coffee. "Jess." He says nodding his head to me. "Okay, what are you trying to prove here?" I ask, facepalming and shaking my head.
"Nothing. Absolutely nothing." He says, before breaking out in a grin. I roll my eyes. "Oh my god, you are the biggest idiot I know." I say jokingly. He laughs, sitting down on the couch. I crouch down next to the tree and spot a few presents with my name on them, one of them oddly wrapped. I grab them and sit down on the chair. I look to Adam and he smiles. "Go ahead!" I take the strangely wrapped one and tear off the paper, revealing... a sonic screwdriver replica! "ERMERGERD YUS!" I shout, fist-pumping. "Saw it at Target, thought you'd like it." He says, taking a sip of his coffee. Suddenly I hear a squeal from Joyce. "Oh my god thank you so much!" She says excitedly. She's holding a giant bag of pistachios. "LUCKY." I say. Love is an understatement when it comes to pistachios for Joyce and I. "Oh, just open that present." He says, pointing at one of the one I'm holding. I grin and tear it open, yelling in joy when it reveals my own bag of pistachios.
As we continue to go on, we all get new mics, a pair of Beats headphones, and Joyce and Gwen get their own laptops. We also get a bunch of new t-shirts and a few other Minecraft items. Then when we reach the end, we all slouch over in a pile of gifts, wrapping paper, and bows. Then Adam gets up with a smile on his face and walks over to one of the cabinets. He opens one of the drawers and pulls out three smaller boxes, each the same size and with each of our names on it. "Thought I would leave this for last." He says. I take mine from his hand, surprised at the weight of it. "Open it all at once." He says. The three of us look at each other. "Okay, three, two, one!" we all tear the paper off and we all gasp at the sight. Three iPhone 5cs. Joyce's and mine a both green, while Gwen's is blue. "Thank you so much!" We all chorus. He grins. "Your welcome!" I glance at them and nod. "We got you something, too." I say. We had worked together on CustomInk to make on Friday night.
I run out of the room and up the stairs to my room and run to my closet. Out of the top I grab the wrapped box I had put the shirt in. I run back out of the room and back downstairs where everyone is waiting. "Got it!" I cry, walking over to Adam and placing it on his head. He laughs, grabbing it before it can fall, and looking at us. "Oh, just do it already." Gwen says. He rolls his eyes before tearing it open. "CustomInk I see." He says. He lifts the top off and pulls out the shirt laughing. "Now people will always know who you are." Joyce says. It reads This Is The One and Only Budder Lord with an arrow pointing up to the collar and a picture of butter ingots underneath. "This is awesome." He laughs. "Thanks guys." He says, and we have a little group hug. [GUAHGKD SO CHEESY XP] Best Christmas of all time.
