So this is part 2 of part 6 (sorry if it's confusing got technical difficulties, oops)...
The next day the Hottie list was published on the school's paper. I entered the classroom and Kate was crying.
"What's wrong?" I ran to her side worried and a bunch of people around her including Rose, Lucy and Bryan.
"Some guys tried to rape her" Rima, a girl from the other class said "That list only brought chaos" I was shocked by those words Kate a pure hearted girl had that kind of experience.
"Kate, are you okay?" I asked her personally looking deep into her watery eyes "Are you sure you don't want to go home for the day?"
"It's okay. I'm fine, thank God Bryan and Nate were around" she said whipping her tears. "I'll be going home for today" she looked at me
"Don't cry, cara mia, you're all right" Nate Flannigan said a student from nine A, Italian. God am I living in the international city to much Italian, Japanese and Brittish people. The bell rang Nate, Bryan and Rima went to the other classroom. Recess started and chaos was within the hallways I heard my name from afar, it was Rose.
"Are you all right" she asked me worried
"Brilliant" I said sarcastically
"Since what happened to Kate I've been scared for you and Lucy" she said
"Well you gotta be careful too, you're number two. Unless you fan club starts to fight them than it'll be the other way around" I said trying to lift the heavy atmosphere
"I'm serious Alex" she really looked serious it was rare to see her like this she only showed this face giving reports or taking exams. "I'm fine 'cause I'm a black belt and the whole school knows that but what about you? Lucy has her boyfriend," she said.
Stephanie broke our conversation stepping into the picture. Stephanie Foster number sixteen on the Hottie List from our class. Her red hair and sapphire eyes with white flawless skin she walked gracefully through the hallway; she was captain of the Ballet Dance Club.
"Girls we discovered something horrifying" she said to us panting; had she ran all this way to catch up with us.
"Those guys only kidnap the ones who were marked single on the paper. Yesterday they got Sandra Tulips" she said. Thank Goodness Kate went home, Sandra Tulips number five a senior.
"What happened to Sandra?" I asked
"She's broken" Stephanie said
"She broke? So she's dead" Rose yelled surprised
"No, it means she's depressed and in shock" I explained to Rose. "Did she say anything about the kidnappers? Who were they?" I asked
"Unfortunately no, but her parents talked to the principal, but the principal knew nothing about it" Stephanie continued explaining, so Lauren doesn't know anything.
"Then we should tell her about the attacks" I suggested
"Do you know what they do here if you rat someone out?" Rose said "You don't want to know" she finished.
The bell rang and we continued the conversation 'till class started. I still couldn't believe this, the situation was so serious and this people only thought about their reputation. My lie has turned completely <<WEIRD>>, why mother? Why? I couldn't concentrate in class. I had to find the culprit out, at least my friends were safe. Since Kate was home, Lucy had a boyfriend and half the school was scared of Rose and me well <<WHO THE HELL WILL WANT ME AS A HOSTAGE?>> Honestly I'm not the least worried.
The lunch bell rand I went to the committee room Bryan and Michael were there playing cards.
"I want to find the guys that are taking the girls" I blurted out
"Absolutely NOT!" he got up his seat yelling "Don't you remember you are on that list as well, aren't you scared?" he said sitting down
"No one will want anything with me. My name being on that list was a mistake" I said
"Believe me it was not a mistake" Michael commented with a perverted look
"Anyway we need to find those guys" I ignored Michael's comment and continued being persistent
"No, it wasn't a mistake you'll only get into trouble. After school just go home" he said
"Fine, I will" there was no argue with him, but I did as he said...NOT. It's not that I didn't wanted to but I had a meeting with the music club, I am one of the singers. I went to the library, to return a book it was the last day I could return it. And finally left for home at five thirty. Everything was quiet even at this hour there we still students wandering around, those kidnappers but have scared them all away.
"Ahhhhhhhhhhhh" I yelled. Something had grabbed me, I couldn't see there was a blind fold in my eyes. I tried to get it off but they tied my hands. Were these the men? Since I couldn't see I decided to run but they pushed me to a wall, as I rebounded to the floor. Somebody help!
