Tahja POV...
I knew Lani had something up her sleeve she never just drops in at work especially when she had a long day at school with all the work she had to do. When she told me about ole boy ain gone lie I was mad as hell. #1 idfw bro he always talking shit #2 He sneaky asf he always trying to rush Lani off the phone when she call him #3 I got a little petty crush on her so of course ain going to like that nigga. But because she's my best friend I'll meet bro but we ain't cool and I ain't smiling in his face👎🏼 After helping Lani pick out her stuff and since ain't have to get Asher I made my way to Jasmine house. I pulled up and grabbed the spare key from under the mat and proceed to make my way in the house when I walked in I saw Jassy sleeping on the couch with the tv. She must wasnt feeling good. As I made my way towards her I notice a little boy laying on her legs he looked just like her. I didn't think nothing by it maybe it we her brother. I went and tap her on the shoulders and she tossed and flickered her eyes open and adjusted them on me. "Tahja?" She said coming out more of a question. "yeah it's me I tried calling you before I came over here what's up with you." I said cutting on the lights and turning off the tv. I sat on the love seat across from her and waited for her to fully wake up. "Whose this little man "I said pointing to the now woken boy. Jasmine sighed and told him go play up stairs. "Tahja I need to talk to you." I got up and sat beside her. "Wassup?"  I said with concern all in my voice. "Your a really nice girl and I enjoy all the time we spent together. You not like most people I met Tahja and I fucks with that. But I have to be honest with you." She began playing with her nails and I was growing impatient. "Jasmine can you continue." I said frustration all in my voice. "A 2 years ago I had gotten pregnant by my ex boyfriend the boy I sent up stairs is my son Pressten. Me and his father have been co parenting so I get him two weeks and then he gets him for two weeks so on and so forth. When his farther drop him off today we talked for awhile and one thing led to another and we had you know. I'm telling you all this to lead up to say I still love him even though we had our differences he will always be my child's father and my first love. And I'm moving with him to Virginia in 2 days." When she was done she looked everywhere but me. I didn't know if I should be mad sad or happy. I mean yeah we agree that this wouldn't be a relationship and if we caught feelings then we'd go from there ,but Jassy was cool and I could see myself with her but  like she said bro her first love I can't take that away from her so I'm happy the y settle they differences and are back together I wish him and her the best. I miss fucking her no bull shit. But it's life people come and go just glad I got the chance to bless her with my presence lol. I looked over at her and she was crying. "What's wrong ma?"she looked at and wipe her face. "I don't want you to hate me Tahj and I don't won't you think I wasn't being real with you because I was." She said speed talking. "Slooow down lol it's cool Jassy I could never hate you. I'm happy for you honestly. I wish you the best baby girl. You should've told me about lil man from the beginning we could've hung but be safe ma and always follow your heart. You got my number and know where I reside at. So if you ever come back up north don't hesitate to lemme know and don't become a stranger I'll always be here if you need to talk just a phone call or text away." I said smiling so she know I meant every word I said. She gave me a hug and kissed my cheek. We said our goodbyes and I headed out. She wanted me to tell Lani it was nice meeting her and she enjoyed her as a friend. As I got in the car I checked the time it was going on 8 and I was starving. I went home and seen my moms car park so I knew she was home. I went in and took my shoes off by the door and called her name. "Maaaaa?!" "In the kitchen Tahja" she called back. I made my way in the kitchen and saw her cooking. "Hey my beautiful queen." I said kissing her cheek. "Oh girl stop it i look a mess and tired." She said stirring the gravy. "Ma you could never look a mess even in you work uniform you a blessing." I said sitting at the table. I love my mother she was my best friend when I came out she was my #1 supporter and loved me even more. I always want my mom to know how much she means to me and I'll remind her every chance I get.

After she finished cooking we sat down and ate together. Moms seem really tired so I ran her a bath then when she was done I  rubbed her feet for her . I swear she lucky she my moma cs I don't fw feet💀
