Tahj POV...
It's been a week since I sat Jasmine down and let her know I wasn't with the whole relationship thing and after she took it surprisingly well we've just been chilling. She knows Lani's my best friend so she's been hanging out with us lately. It was hard making time for both of them. And some of y'all might be like if Jasmine not my girlfriend why does it matter if I spend time with her and I mean she's cool people to be around and her pussy bomb so I don't mind making time. But because every time I'd be with Jasmine Lani would complain how Jasmine acts like she's my best friend lord idk what I started but I hope it ends well. I was currently at work ,Asher at school ,and Lani on her way to come see me while she had a break from class. I was stocking the shelves with shoes people asked for but didn't get when I heard the store entrance ding I put the last NIKE shoe box back and went to the front "Hey I'm Tahj if you need any help lemme know" I said to a group of girls . They giggle and nodded they head. As they roamed the store I scroll through instagram just to see what was up. I felt someone's presence approach me so I looked up to a beautiful red bone. She was bad from head to toe for a minute I felt speechless no girls had ever had the kid stuck so I straightened up and asked what could I help her with. She showed me a pair of new balances she like I measured her foot and went to go check and see if we had it. Luckily we had one pair left. She tried them on and she seem to like the feeling so she said she'd get them while I rung her up her friends were standing by the door encouraging her to do something but shorty seem nervous. After awhile I figure she want my number so I had to put the mac down real quick. "Here you go your receipt is in the bag with my number on it make sure you use it ma." I said licking my lips and winking at her as she blush she nodded her head and turned to her friends with the biggest smile on her face. They must of figure I gave her my number or she gave me hers cause they screamed when they walked out I laughed and shook my head as I went to the back to finish up the shoes. About 10 minutes later in walked Rob that work with me that meant it was my lunch break I clocked out and went to the food court and met Lani. She look cute today in her nurse uniform she had to wear for class. "Wassup Ma" I said walking up to her giving her a hug. "Hey best friend how your day going" she asked looking up from her phone. "Good ready to go home and go to sleep" I replied walking towards the Taco Bell line. "Same one more class then I'll be free to go home."she said stretching. She said she was going to get Chinese food cause she had a craving for it . I stayed and waited for my food then found a table and waited for her to join me. Half way done with my food Lani finally came and sat down . "Dang girl what took you so long." I said taking a another bite of my burrito. " I wanted Chinese food but I saw the sub line so I went there. Want a piece ." She said holding up her philly steak and cheese. That shit look smack but I was too full. "Naw my stomach already bout to be fucked up messing with these Tacos and burritos." I said leaning back. She shrugged her shoulders and dug in. I finished my food then threw it away and join Lani back at the table. "Have you talk to your little girlfriend today" Lani said with mayo on her mouth. I shook my head then picked up the napkin to wipe her face "first of all you need to wipe your mouth and second of all she ain't my girl but naw. She won't in class?" Her cheeks turned red as I wipe her mouth "thanks bf" she said shyly. I shook my head and laughed "but naw she ain't come to class I was going to text her but I was trying to rush to meet you." I wonder where Jasmine was she had t text me all day and she won't in class I guess I'll stop by to check on her if I don't hear from her by the time I get off. Lani finally finished her food we talk a little more while she walk me back to work. When we got in front of foot locker I gave her hug and told her I'd text her when I'm off.
