Chapter 26

Tahj's POV
There was a knock on my hotel room door. I groaned and reached for my phone. It was 12 o'clock in the afternoon I had the worse headache dude. I threw the covers off me and notice I was only in my sports bra and boxers. I look back at the bed and seen Kaci sound a sleep. I sat back down and stop my head back in my hand. What the fuck did I do. I tried to remember what happens last night but I was interrupted by the knock at the door. I drag myself to answer it. I look out the peep hole and saw Lani. I couldn't let her in here and let her see Kaci. Even though we just best friends it just seems disrespectful. I open the door and put the latch out so the door wouldn't lock me out. Lani looked at me weird. "Uh good morning best I came to see if you were okay I'm sure you have a hang over." She said side eyeing me . "He- hey Lani wassup uh yeah I have a banging ass headache" I said blocking the door. "Well here I brought you some Tylenol I knew you would need it . I stop pass Kaci room but she wasn't answering have you seen her?"she asked "Kaci? Seen her? Naw why would I have seen her" I said getting nervous. "No reason I just was asking well here you go Ima go make sure Toni's okay he was a little sick himself." She said handing me the pills and water bottle. Right when she was walking off Kaci swung open the door with a smirk on her face. It seem like time froze. Lani eyes went from happy to hurt. Her gaze went from Kaci to me . Kaci came from behind me and now was standing by my side she wrapped her arms around me and looked at Lani. "Oh hey girl last night was fun thanks for showing me around." Kaci said smirking at Lani. Lani just stood there and looked at me disappointed. She was getting ready to say something when Toni came out. "Bab-" he stop in mid sentence and looked at me and Kaci. For some reason I felt his demeanor change from 0-100 real quick . "What's going on here" he asked more towards Kaci than anybody. "Tahj here let me spend the night with her I couldn't really sleep." She said smirkingly. If looks cold killed me and her both would've been 6ft under. "Oh well that was nice of her we'll catch up with y'all in a few." Lani said as she took Toni by the hand and disappeared in there room. I looked at Kaci "Explain NOW."

Lani's POV
Smh. I should've known not to take Tahja serious when she told me she loved me last night. She was drunk as shit and I was the fool to believe her. I don't even know why I'm letting it get to me as much as it easy because I have Toni but I can't help but feel for Tahj.  Speaking of Toni he didn't seem to like the view of Tahj and Kaci. If I didn't know any better I say he seem a little jealous. Which was weird to me because why would he be mad it wasn't like I was standing in the door with my arms wrapped around Tahj. I shook it off and ignored it. Toni was already dress so I decided I go get ready for the day. Maybe the steam from the water would make me feel better.
