Tahj POV....
After I got home I watch tv for awhile til I got a text from Lani. I meant to text her when I was taking Asher to school but it slipped my mind. I was getting bored watching sponge bob episodes back to back that lol nigga voice get annoying so I decided to FaceTime Lani her block head ass ain't answer. So I figured I'd take a nap til later. Right when I was about to doze off Lani was face timing me. I answered and when I say shorty was looking good in her towel booy I had to keep myself from saying some slick shit. We talked as she did her hair. I was enjoying talking to her so I fought my sleep but when she got up to get dress and a nigga wasn't about to just stare at her girly ass room so I let the sleep take over me and I was knocked.

3 hours later.......

I was sleeping so peacefully when my phone started ringing. Without looking at the caller ID I answered the phone.

Phone call...
Me-hello?
???- Hello may I speak to Tahja
Me- who's asking
???- this is Josh from Footlocker
Me- oh this is she
Josh from Footlocker- I was calling to inform you that you got the job
(I sat up and wipe my eyes and look at the phone. I didn't know if I should be happy or what. I really got the job that's crazy.)
Me- wow okay when would like me to start
Josh- well I was going to say tomorrow at 1 to 6
Me- alright that'll be fine
Josh- see you then have a good day
Phone call ended

I was low key happy but then I remember Asher. Who was going to get him from school and stay with him on the weekends? I'll talk to mom about it later. It was now 2:45. Asher's game didn't start til 4:30. I got up and stretched and shot Lani a text before I went to clean up the house.

I started in my room. I changed my sheet ,stack all my shoe boxes up ,picked my clothes up and threw them in the dirty clothes hamper. I was about to hang up my jackets when my phone "ding"

As I finished cleaning up I texted Lani the whole time. I learned more about her and she even agreed to get Asher for me after his practices when I start working. I told her I would have to ask moms about it since she didn't know her and moms really over protective. It was going on 3:30 so I figured I'd get back dress and head out that way I could pick Asher up a Gatorade and a snack before the game.
