Ashley's P.O.V.
Phil and I have been kissing since we got home from VidCon. Every time we kiss, I feel something. I really like him a lot, and I don't know how to say it.
"Ashley..." he moans. I break apart from the kiss.
"I- I have to tell you something, Phil," I say, feeling nervous.
"Me too," he says, biting his lip. "I like you a lot. Ever since we started this, I've had feelings for you. And I didn't-"
I put my fingers over his lips, trying to make him be quiet.
"Shh, baby. Say no more. Just kiss me."
Nicole's P.O.V.
After the interview, I got into my hotel room with Dan. I get a call from Alfie. "Hang on, I gotta take this." I say whilst going into the bathroom.
"Hello?" I say.
"Hey," I hear his voice say over the phone. "You have to break up with Dan." I feel shocked by the words I'm hearing.
"W-Why?" I ask, feeling tears form in my eyes.
"I know what you're up to. You're just using him. Ever since your first collab a week ago, you've been gaining more and more subscribers. And after you announced your relationship, you gained even more."
"Shut up, Alfie. You have no clue what the fuck you're talking about."
"Yes I do. Everyone is discriminating your relationship with him. Might as well break up with him before things get worse."
"Listen. I don't give two shits about the hate. I'm happy with him. If you can't respect that, you're an asshole."
"I respected it in the beginning, until I realised what you were doing. That's not cool."
"I'm not fucking using him!" At this point I'm yelling. "Who gave you this idea?"
"No one. I can just see it."
"Wait till Zoe finds out what you've been saying about me, you fucking asshole."
"Threatening me isn't gonna do anything. Just break up with him."
"No. Fuck you." I say angrily as I hang up on him.
Why does everyone think I'm using Dan? I love him. I would never do something like that.
I go back into the bed with Dan. "What just happened?" he asks, feeling concerned.
And that's when I lose it. I start to cry into Dan's arms. "Alfie thinks I'm using you," I tell him. "He's turning against me. I just fucking lost one of my best friends and I can't get him back."
"It's ok, Nicole. No offense, but I think Alfie is an idiot," he says. In this moment, I agree with him. "He believes everything he hears. He must've heard that from somewhere and believes it's true."
"Why is Zoe even with him?" I ask. "He's been a jerk multiple times to me. He was so supportive of our relationship, but since he heard that, he's been acting like a dick. I hope he doesn't make Zoe turn against me. I can't lose another friend."
"Baby, everything will be ok. I'll be here when you need me," Dan says, making me smile a little. "Come on, smile! It looks good on you."
I smile even more after that. I'm so lucky to have someone like Dan in my life. With all the shit going on in my personal life, he stays with me. It's amazing.
"I love you so much," I say to Dan.
"I love you more," he says as he gives me a kiss.
"I'm used to this happening though. People turn against me quickly," I say to him.
"I don't understand that. You're such an amazing person. You've been nothing but nice to Alfie and he does that to you? He's the one who's the asshole. I hope you know how amazing you are, Nicole," he says, making me smile.
"You're the only person that's made me feel this loved," I say.
All of a sudden, Ashley opens the door. She looks like she just had sex. Which she probably did.
"IT HAPPENED!" she says.
"What?" Dan and I say in unison.
"Phil told me he likes me."
