I had completely zoned out, running through fantasies of her noticing me in my mind as I drew.  I could barely feel the presence of the person next to me.

"Hey, is that me?" I heard a voice whisper.
Fuck. That voice.
I'd only heard it once and it was already my favourite sound.

I jumped at the sudden realisation that there were actually other people in the room, earning a warning glare from the teacher.

I turned to face the voice. It was her.  Damn. It had to be her. Of course it was her. Who else could have a voice so indescribably perfect?

I bit my lip anxiously, realising that she'd seen what I'd drawn before looking down to see for myself without being in a daydream. Shit.
I turned bright red.
I don't even know her and I've already blow my chances with this girl; how fucking stupid can I be?

She laughed slightly when she saw me blush. "Aww", she said, just causing me to blush even more.
Damn that voice... and her laugh.... it does things to me.

I hid my face as I tried to ride out the embarrassment. She must have noticed because, next thing I knew, I felt a hand on my back.
"Hey, don't be embarrassed, it's cute", she whispered, sending me a smile which- I swear to god- I could physically feel melting my insides.

The bell rang, breaking my nirvana as I watched her pack her things away.
"Hey, it was nice meeting you... draw me again some time?" She said with a heart melting smile before handing me a note folded in half.
"Definitely", I beamed as I put it in my back pocket and my books in my bag.

I couldn't stop grinning as I walked home that night. Maybe I should get detention more often.......
