I stood behind my girlfriend with my arms wrapped around her waist and my chin nestled into her shoulder; a smug look on my face as I observed her take in the scene.
"It's beautiful," she said.

A neatly made campfire was lit in the middle of the clearing, logs placed at an angle to the right of it and a sheet of canvas tied to the trees above - sheltering the area from weather and harsh wind. Lanterns were scattered around the surrounding trees, softly lighting the area just enough for everything to be seen and to make us feel safe. The light added to the certain factor of stunning beauty the forest had about it and lit the way to a tent, built a little off to the left of the fire.

I kissed Mays cheek gently. "Happy Valentine's Day babygirl."
She grinned and span around quickly to hug me, nearly hitting me in the face in her excitement, "I love it I love it I love it."
I giggled and twirled her in my arms, "and I love you."
"I love you too."
