As I walked home that night, butterflies were still relentlessly swirling around my gut.

I can't believe I kissed her, even if it was only on her forehead and even if it was only a little one.

I didn't know for sure but I definitely hoped that she liked me; she didn't run away or slap me so I guess that's a good sign but I still didn't know- she might have just been being friendly.

Either way, I was still more than ecstatic with our day.
We have so much in common- that girl is beautiful, both inside and out.
Every time I touched her, it sent sparks through my entire body and something about her just felt like home.

I know that I barely know this girl but I think.... I think I'm falling for her.

*Mays POV*

I was so happy when I was with her, every second will always be in my memory.
I can't believe she walked me home too- such a gentleman.

Honestly, I can't stop thinking about her. She's different... special.
There's nothing obviously significant about her: she's not the prettiest or the funniest but there's just something about her that I can't quite put my finger on.

All I know is that, when we touched, it felt like home- spreading a warmth through my entire body and leaving me feeling that I couldn't get close enough to her.

I can't wait to see her tomorrow, it feels like we've known each other our whole lives but we met just the other day. I need to get to know this girl.

I know we barely know each other but I think I might be falling for this girl with the constant smile and awkward laugh.
