New Beginnings

Chapter 91

Pain. All I feel. Hips feel like their being torn apart. Meryl runs in the room and lays beside me.
"Are you okay hun?"
"Perfect." I grunt.

"Goddamn it Daniel! You will never fuck me again!" I cry out. I'm exhausted. I just wanna see my babies. Bryce walks in smiling, fixing his gloves. Meryl is beside me with an arm around me, holding my hand and whispering calm things into my ear.
"Alright, Mom whenever you feel is great to push then do it." A contraction hits and I cry out.

"One more push!" I push and hear her cry. I cry, smiling, exhausted. I hold her for a few moments and my contractions hit again. I cry. I wish I was done!
"She's beautiful hunny." Danny smiles and kisses me. Oh my god, we don't have names. My thoughts are interrupted by a contraction and I cry out.

I hear a faint baby cry and I smile. Happy that it's finally over. I hold both girls and smile ear to ear. Danny takes photos on his shattered phone.
Zoe Maybell Huston born on October 1st, 7lbs, 7 ounces. 8:54pm
Chloe Annmarie Huston born on October 1st, 6lbs, 5 ounces. 9:00pm

The girls are in the nursery and I walk down to see them. Danny and I holding hands and talking about how Zay will react. I see them and smile, my heart can't take how cute they are. These little babies are mine. 67 years old and I'm still popping them out! Ha!

Danny lays in bed beside me and spoons me.
"They're so beautiful hunny."
"I know I can't believe we made them." I whisper back.
"I can't believe we are still having to share a hospital bed!" He laughs.
"Yeah I know." I yawn and turn around curling into his chest.
"I love you Danny."
"I love you too baby and I'm glad you put up with me."  I smile sleepily and kiss him. I fall asleep before I realize it.

I wake up to a nurse bringing food in to me. My hips ache and I can feel my pulse in my vagina. Oh my god I don't miss this feeling. I don't see Danny though. She sets the food down, shakily. I look up and smile.
"Are you okay sweetheart?"
"No, you're the best actress, I'm a fan." She smiles.
"At least I know you didn't poison me then." I laugh.
"Come here sweetheart give me a hug." She smiles huge and walks over, hugging me.

"Where the fuck have you been."
"I went out and bought you Mcdonalds."
"Okay, you're lucky." I glare at him
