Jieun POV

I woke up drenched in sweat on my bed. I had this odd feeling that this 6 month thing was fake, a trap to get me to agree. But it was written on the contract that I signed, I thought to myself. After washing my face and brushing my teeth, I went downstairs. Baekhyun had made breakfast.

"Hey, I made eggs and sausages for you." he said.

I walked past him, trying to ignore him, and went to the pantry for the cereal. I felt bad, and ended up deciding to eat the food he had made for me. He smiled and pushed the plate to me. I grabbed a fork, and began eating. I felt like a child again, eating my dad's food, when he didn't work as much as now. I mentally smiled.

"We have to meet our moms at 9." Baekhyun promptly said, his mouth full of food.

"Right." was all I could say.

I was nervous, when we arrived at the front of a private building. We were greeted by people dressed in suits when we went in. My mom and Baekhyun's mom were waiting for us.

Baekhyun POV

"Baekhyun! Jieun!" both our moms chanted.

"Hey mom." I quietly greeted back.

I looked behind me. Jieun was casually talking to her mom.

"Mr Byun, your clothes are ready." one of the assistants politely said to me.

"Quickly change, son." my mom hushed me into the big change room.

I gave her a last look before drawing the curtain behind me. My black suit and pants were hung elegantly near the mirror. I grabbed the clothes and opened another door where I could change. Probably just in case my mom pops her head inside to look.

Jieun POV

After Baekhyun went in to change, my dress was ready. I had to change into a plain strapless dress before the assistants helped me put on the big gown. My eyes wondered around nervously as they zipped up the dress. The sleeves and shoulder were of lace material. The rest of my dress, from the ground to right up my neck was a silky material. My hair was done up in simple bun with a crystal hairpiece. My makeup was done and a matching necklace and bracelet was put on me. I slipped into the velvety white heels, held up my dress and walked up to a small podium where the curtains were separating me from my mom. A white veil was attached to my hairpiece and the cloth was put behind my hair. I closed my eyes. I just couldn't wait to see her face when she saw me.

Baekhyun POV

After I got dressed, my hair was brushed and gelled up. I put on my polished black shoes and walked out to where out moms where waiting for Jieun.

"Son! You look gorgeous! Doesn't he just look great, Mrs Lee?" my mom said.

"Of course! He looks good in anything he wears." Jieun's mom said. I timidly smiled back.

We didn't wait long, when the curtains were drawn back to reveal someone I almost couldn't recognize. Dressed white from head to toe, Jieun stood there. Her hair was usually in a messy ponytail, but now, all her hair was pulled back to reveal her whole face. She stepped down from the platform and walked to her mom.

"And of course, Jieun looks just as gorgeous as you." my mom said quietly to me.

After being admired for a moment, I got into a black limousine. I sat in between my parents. Mrs Byun sat in front of us.

Jieun POV

I went on a different car with my dad. I attended quite a few of my cousins' wedding ceremonies and knew that the father would walk the bride down aisle where the groom would be waiting. We followed the car that my mom was in. I still couldn't believe I was doing this for my parents. We arrived at the front of a church. It wasn't too overly decorated on the outside, and a few people were standing around. I was in the car, watching as Baekhyun came out of the car followed by his parents and my mom. They greeted the people who were waiting outside and then went in. The doors closed.

"Jieun, it's going to be fine." my dad tried to comfort me.

"Thanks dad." I smiled uncomfortably. I started feeling nauseous and stiff. Then we were signalled to come out of the car.

"Jieun, remember, even if it's for 6 months, make it look real. Our close relatives are here and so are Baekhyun's family. You understand what I am saying, right?"

"Yea... yea... we've been through this already..." I quickly said before opening the car door.

I got out carefully with people helping me with the dress. I stood in front of the wooden door and someone placed the veil over me. I breathed deeply as the doors opened.

Baekhyun POV

"So like...what do I do after the vows?" I asked my already-married nephew. He nudged me hard.

"Oh, c'mon, you've got to be kidding me... "

"Uhm...no I'm not kidding you....like do we walk out of the church together and take photos or something?"

"Ahh...Baekhyun, what am I going-" he quickly fell silent when the wooden doors creaked open.

I stood back in my position. Everyone in the audience had their heads turned, waiting for the bride to walk down. I watched as Jieun
had her arms wrapped around her father's, walking down the dark red velvet carpet. As she approached me, her father sat down in the front row. I glanced at my father. He put two fingers on his mouth, clearly signalling for me to smile. I smiled as big as I could possibly could to Jieun. She looked at me weirdly before doing the same.

After what seemed like an hour of the priest mumbling to himself, I had to repeat the vows after him. Then it was Jieun's turn to do the same. I couldn't take in anymore, and I started to daze off. Suddenly I felt someone tugging at my pants. I looked down. The flower girl gave me the box of rings. I smiled at her before receiving the box. I noticed my fingers shaking as I slowly opened the box. I took the bigger of the two rings and placed it on Jieun's finger. She took out the other ring and slid it onto my finger.

"Now, the husband may kiss the wife." the priest said.

I froze where I was. I was still holding Jieun's cold hand, still looking at her through the white veil. She was practically giving me the death glare. I carefully lifted the veil and placed it behind her head. And then I placed my lips on her forehead.
