Everyone sees them
But nobody really cares
They see them
But all they do is stare
You add some fresh ones right above the vein
Cutting deeper still you see it
Blood that leaves a stain
You try to hide it
But it gets obvious
The red spot that bleeds through your long sleeves
They see it but never care
It drips down from your arm
Onto the tile floor
It follows the crevices that outline them
Like water through a concrete maze
You see it dripping faster and faster
Then you realize what you've done
You try to stop the bleeding
It's too late
The warm water gets cold
Your body loses the warm blood
You sit there saying your sorry
You say a silent prayer
They see you
Now they care
They didn't know what they were missing
But now your not there
