Ch. 17 The Interview

Ellie's POV

"So, what's on the agenda today?" I asked. "Hmmmm," he said as he tilted his head up and thought. "Your first interview!" he remembered. "Really?" I asked, "And you didn't tell me sooner?" He shrugged. "I forgot," he replied with a smile. I rolled my eyes. Nialler will be Nialler.

"Then, can we go to Nando's?" I asked. He nodded. "That sounds perfect," he replied, "Now, get dressed."

I chose an outfit that consisted of dark wash skinny jeans, a light blue and gold Jack Wills sweatshirt, and my UGG boots. I straightened my hair and put in a headband before walking out my door.

I looked at Niall, who was wearing skinny jeans and a London Jack t-shirt. "Your looking quite normal," he said. "Well, so are you," I commented, "And I want to feel normal too." "That's okay with me," he said. We left right after that.

"We have a limo today," he said. I nodded as we stepped in. I love limos, I swear that I will never get used to the famous life. "Let's go," Niall told the driver. We drove down the road listening to one direction.

"Here we are," the driver said as we arrived. The was a crowd of paparazzi and girls surronding us. "Oh great," I said. "You' get used to it," he promised. I put on my sunglasses and walked into the path of flashes.

"Ellie, are you excited?" "Ellie, is Niall a good parent?" "Ellie, what is it like living with Niall Horan?" "Ellie, look over here!" Everyone was shouting so loud trying to get our attention, but we just smiled and walked on.

I was so happy when we finally got away from them. We walked to the makeup room and had some ladies do our makeup.

"You are gorgeous, love," the one lady said. "Thank you," I replied, smiling. "We are going to make those big, blue eyes of yours pop, okay?" she told me. "Sure," I said, knowing that I couldn't answer any other way. I watched as powders and creams of different kinds flew at my face. "Perfect!" the lady shouted as she finished. She turned me around to look at myself.

She was right. My eyes looked amazingly blue and I was beautiful. "I look amazing," I said. Niall took one look at me and smiled. "You always looked older than you really are," he said. "And I'll be twelve in just a few days," I said. He looked at me funny.

"When is your birthday, love?" Niall asked. "On Febuary second," I told him. In a week and three days! Yeah! "How didn't I know that?" he asked me. "I never mentioned it," I said with a smile. "Really?" he asked. "I forgot," I said, repeating the line that he said that morning. "Oh, haha so very funny," he said, sarcastically. I laughed as we were led to the stage.

"Are you scared?" he asked. I shook my head. I was actually looking forward to the interview. "Not even a little?" he said. He sounded surprised. "Not even a little," I said. My gosh, is it really that bug of a deal?

"Hello everyone, its Selena again!" the host said. The whole crowd roared. "Today, we have two special guests, Ellie and Niall Horan!" We walked on stage hand in hand and waved at the audience. "Hello, guys," she said. "Hi," we both replied.

"Okay, since we have a strong family of two here, we will be picking two best friends from the audience toward the end of the show to play a game with them!" The girls all screamed and shouted. "Woah, woah, only after our little interview here," she said.

She looked at both of us. "How does it feel to be here today in general?" she asked. Niall spoke up first. "I actually almost forgot about the interview today. I never told Ellie about it. We had to rush to get here!" The crowd laughed at Niall's forgetfulness. "I was really happy about it when he told me. I mean it was my first interview," I said, "But right before I went on stage he was like, 'Are you nervous? Its okay to be nervous.' And I just told him that I wasn't. He was so nervous for me, it was pretty funny." Everyone laughed and Niall blushed. "So, Ellie. What is it like to live with Niall Horan?"
