Ellie's POV

I woke up only a week later to another pan dropping. I ran down stairs to see what could possible be wrong now. Niall was staring down at his phone. He seemed quite surprised with whatever he was saying.

"What's wrong?" I asked. "You tell me," he whispered. He showed me his phone. It was on a conversation with Barbara Palvin, the American Victoria's Secret model.

Niall: Hey, hows it goin?

Barbara: Ok i guess :) how about you?

Niall: Making breakfast for my kid Ellie.

Barbara: You hav a kid?

Niall: Adopted.

Barbara: Oh 4 a second there i thought u had a baby. Dont scare me like that Niall!

Niall: haha no. I dont do that with girls. Hey, i have been meaning to ask you something

Barbara: What?

Niall: will you go out with me?

Barbara: Im sorry but no. I thought that we were just friends

I looked back up at broken-hearted Niall. "Its okay, everyone gets regected at some point or another," I told him. "But I actually loved her," he said, swallowing hard, "But she didn't." He didn't seem like he was going to cry, but he was pretty upset.

My phone buzzed and I pulled it out of my pocket. I quickly read the text. It said, "Hey Ellie, are you and Niall up to a party? There will be some celebrity kids there." I smiled. "Harry said that he is having a party and that we are both invited, are you up to it?" I asked. He nodded. "Of course I am!" he shouted, "The party don't start 'till I walk in!" "There's the Nialler that I know and love," I said. He smiled. "He was here all along, you just had to dig a little deeper," he replied.

I got dressed into a pair of light washed skinny jeans, a dark blue, lace shirt with a white tank top underneath, and my converse. I topped it off with my dog tags from Niall (the one that I always wear) and straightened my hair. I quickly curled my eyelashes and put on mascara before walking out my bedrrom door.

The while process of picking out clothes, putting them on, ans accessorizing took about five hours, oddly enough. By the time I finished eating and Niall got ready, it was time to go. I was excited to finally meet some friends in my age group.

We hopped in the car, ready to get our party on. "One direction?" Niall asked. I nodded vigorously as Niall turned on Midnight Memories to my very favorite song, the story of my life.

Written in these walls are the stories that I can't explain,

I leave my heart open but it stays right here empty for days.

She told me in the morning she don't feel the same about us in our bones.

It seems to me that when I die these words will be written on my stone.

And I'll be gone, gone tonight,
The ground beneath my feet is open wide.
The way that I've been holding on so tight,
With nothing inbetween.

The story of my life,
I take her home.
I drive all night, to keep her warm and time,
Is fro-o-o-o-ozen.
The story of my life,
I give her hope.
I spend her love until she's broken inside.
The story of my life.

We arrived only a few minutes later. I got out of the car and walked with Niall into the party.

"Hey, you guys!" Harry shouted. I went in for a group hug. "What's up, Nialler?" he asked. "Just was rejected, I want to party all night," he said. "Let's do it!" Harry said. They walked away. I went onto the dancefloor and danced around a little bit.

When a slow song came on, I walked off. Everyone was drunk dancing with their boyfriends. I sat on a red sofa and got on my phone.

"Weird being the partnerless, right?" An Amrican voice beside me asked. I looked over to see a blonde girl. "Yeah, I was having fun for a while there," I said, smiling. She held out her hand. "Willow Shields," she said, "I was in the movie, 'The Hunger Games.' What is your way of fame?"

I smiled and shook her hand. "Ellie Horan, daughter of Niall Horan," I replied. She smiled. "Oh my gosh, you're even prettier in real life!" she excalimed. "You too!" I said. I had read every hunger games book and watched the two movies that were out. "I love the hunger games," I said. "I love one direction," she told me. "We should get along just fine," I said.

"So," I said, "How did you get here anyway?" "Well, I got a text about a party at Harry Styles house, what was I going to say other than yes?" she said. I laughed. "I'm pretty sure that this whole party is happening because Harry wants me to get some friends my age," I said. She laughed and her eyes sparkled. "They must be like my parents!" she said.

A good song came on after a few minutes. "Let's dance!" I screamed. We ran out on the dance floor and began to..well, dance! "The sun goes down, the stars come out, and all that counts is here and now," we sang as we danced.

At the end of the night, I got her phone number before we left. "Did you meet anyone?" Niall asked. "Yes," I replied, as I told him about my new best friend.
